Self-explainatory. What was the last movie you saw at the theater and when?

I saw the Punisher last night with a friend. Pretty good movie overall, bringing a few laughs, some Max Payne-like storyline and fights, and some good visuals. Acting was sub-par, but didn't meet the standards of a comic book role. And another thing I liked was that they steered away from playing the soundtrack in the movie. I hate when movies do that. It plays a couple songs, but not many (namely Step Up and Broken), and that's a good thing.

If you're a fan of action movies or the comics, I'd recommend it.

Secret Window.

I dunno, it was ok. It entertained me, and that's how I judge a movie. As long as it did that, I don't really care what else went on.

Critics totally ditched that movie. One of the reviews I read captioned "Secret Window should be kept secret" lol.

But then, the same was said about this movie. After walking out last night, I was left with the impression "fuck the critics".

The last movie I saw in a theater was Lord of the Rings: Return of the King. That was last month. I don't really go to a theater much. Usually about once every 3-5 months, maybe...

Wow, I havent' been to the theaters in awhile. I think I haven't been to them since last year . I think the last thing I saw was Once Upon A Time In Mexico and Tomb Raider: The Cradle of Life. Once Upon.. was a good movie. Very actiony. I'm sure most of you saw either of these ones so yeah .

Well, it's all a matter of taste. It kept me entertained for a friday evening, and that was all that mattered to me.

I saw Kill Bill, Volume 2 yesterday. It wasn't as good as the first volume, but it was still a very good movie. Most people who only liked the first volume because of the battles might not like the second volume, but those who liked the first one because of the story might like the second one.

I take it as only one movie though, and I still think it's a great movie. Quentin Tarantino is going to take the Japanese versions, recut them, and release it again as one movie. That will probably be even more interesting.

I see movies pretty often, most of the time every two weeks or so...

50 first dates.

I liked the movie, but i only saw it because it was the only movie just starting at the time when me and my friends went.

Dawn of the Dead. A great movie. One of the best zombie movies in recent times. I want to go see Kill Bill Vol.2 pretty soon.

...the first that comes to mind is Miracle, though I'm not positive that that's the last I saw. It wasn't too bad but, to be honest, it was a bit tedious outside of the superb game scenes and the remarkable reenactment - so accurate that it matched the original commentary - of the semifinal came against the Russians.

"starky and hutch", or what i like to call it is "the story of how i lost my 8 bucks in about 2 hours"

it was boring, wasnt funny, and wasnt entertaining at all.
and i am a fan of the tv show, so that might be part of the reason...
that will be the last movie i'll ever see with owen wilson, or ben stiller in it, it was just, god awful...

Oh yeah, Starsky and Hutch was the last movie I saw. Silly me.

I didn't think it was "god awful," but it was pretty bad. Their were several funny parts, and a few that were downright hilarious (Ben Stiller, in disguise, repeatedly saying "Do it" - and then Owen Wilson stealing his gimmick). Both actors are quite funny, and they work well together (see Zoolander); it just wasn't a spectacular movie.

Scream 3. That movie really sucked. I did get the jokes, but a lot of it was not funny.. anything remotely interesting was already in the trailer.

To be fair, I'm REAL picky about movies. Especially in theatres. I hate sitting down for two hours staring at a screen.

Today I saw Starsky and Hutch, not GREAT!!!! but it was funny! A lot better than Scooby Doo (man I think that movie is annoying, that's why I don't wanna see number 2). As said above^ Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson are brilliant together. XD When they're talking to Will Ferrell (that guy from jackass/elf)

Spoiler:
and they do the dragon thing, and afterwards in the car they're quiet and ben/starsky says something like, 'do dragons do that?"

hilarious. and also

Spoiler:
When they make the car jump, and it looks like it's going to land but it misses XD

Hehe, it's an ok/good movie. Maybe like, 3 out of 5 stars.
