| Rain: "Hardly dear..." Rain finished up her spell, being a Reflect spell and watched the attacked that was 'doomed' to hit her flash violently in front her position and make a direct turnaround towards it's caster. Rain: "Hardly at all..." Rain kicked ass as a white mage when it counted. |

| Rain had the feeling that both of them were getting nowhere fast. White vs. Black and both were pretty much on equal terms. Rain: "Now this's no fun...I could pretty much be like this all day ya know..." Rain figured someone was gonna have to break the ice sooner or later and dove behind the tree nearest her position only to come back on the other side re-fitted in her previous gunner costume a few moments later with gravity still not taking effect as she unloaded a few rounds on Sofie's position then rolling and taking a kneeling position, guns focused. |

| "Finally, some action." Though she had just takin in a few bullets and was bleeding at fairly random places, she swung her staff around and held up the next sphere, a black foggy sphere with bloodred swirls whirling through it. She sank into the ground, only to come out moments later, fully armored and with a very big kick-ass sword. She immidiately countered the bullets with a darkness wave, creating adark energy to cover the entire area, and thus be pretty hard to avoid, yes. |

| Hard to avoid? No shit... Rain didn't have much of a defense against a large amount of energy that was coming at her. Rain: "This is...gonna hurt..." Even a wordy comeback at this point. The attack slammed into Rain with enough force to send her reeling back through the wall of the courtyard (Anya prolly won't be pleased and sending her a few feet back from the blast. She slowly got back up after the attack, a bit shaken after getting smacked around like that. Rain: "I really...REALLY don't like getting knocked around like that..." Rain loaded her gun with a special bullet, then returned the favor from a good forty or fifty feet off with a BURST SHOT... |

| Rain let up for a second, no she wasn't going to shoot a comrade in the head anytime soon, and apparently that was enough to let her guard down enough to release hold on her gun long enough for Sofie's sword to bounce it away when she called the attack. She was intent on getting the gun back when she had a really ominous feeling coming from behind her and turned around. Black orbs of energy were coming from the air straight at her. Rain: "...oh...SHIT!" Rain made a mad dash from her position, which made the first orb instead incinerate the gun she had, followed by three more successive blasts near her that came close to hitting her but did nothing but blow debris up at her. Unfortunately, a fourth blast to the ground was enough to get up under her footing and send her sprawling to the ground with the last few aimed straight at her. Running from the last portion of the attack wasn't much of an option, so a feeble block was the best she could do to ward of the remaining slams of energy. It was enough to knock Rain around for a loop, nick a few spots in her appearance and wardrobe (nothing serious there either), but it was better than what it could've been. Rain looked up from her now sitting position and briefly coughed what she figured was the dirt that she took in upon hitting the ground. She would return fire but uhm...gun. Rain: "Aw...no fair...now what am I..." Rain was next to a tree in the courtyard...she looked at that...then at Sofie who seemed ready to launch another attack. Rain: "Meh...fine...time to bring out the bigger guns it looks like." Rain made a mad dash up the tree, at least she had the ability to do that still, and made a job change in the air which sufficed in producing a nice light show in midair. That was a good cover for Rain's new job which consisted of dropping straight down on Sofie's position, sword of her own in tow. Warrior dressphere...and homing in, gravity helping, with a drop down on Sofie, ARMOR BREAK... |

| Rain got back her bearings on where the ground was and struck a waiting stance on seeing Sofie switch dresspheres back to Gun Mage. For some reason, Rain always like the black leather with blue...this suit definitely had that. Rain: "So are we havin' fun yet?" Disregarding the fanboy material for a moment, Rain charged up yet another attack to add to the melee, this time holding her clear sword above her head as it started to shine bright, then bringing the sword perpendicular to her body and discharging the energy she had in the sword, instead of rushing it into Sofie, as a projectile attack, turning out to be Excalibur, a holy attack. | Sofie let go of the gun, which saved it from being split into two. She managed to avoid most of Rain's slash, though a part of her left glove and her left side clothing was ripped up, letting through a steady but slow bloodflow. Sofie closed her eyes and casted white wind, recovering a fair ammount of what Rain had just caused. |

| Again, Sofie's rescue was her small frame and the will to drop down fully, but this time, she held up the gun and shot a Drill shot at Rain, which couldn't miss due to the little distance between them. Sadly, this position made her prone to counterattacks aswell. |

| Rain ignored the pain, actually it didn't even register for her considering her mode of play, and made another swipe at Sofie...unfortunately there wasn't a lot of power behind it...and she sagged down to the ground a moment later breathing hard from the attack that hit her... ...and that's when the Berserk status decided to wear off and she keeled over in pain. Rain: "Ow ow ow ow ow ow ow ow!" Rain made a motion with her hand for a timeout through the pain that she was feeling lancing through her stomach...she hoped it wasn't another scar that was going to make a presence there soon...the one her face was bad enough...
