Well... Recently my friend (who I know in real life), and myself, have fallen out quite badly, over something on my site... I'll just skip the details, because those aren't the importand parts... what's important is the effect it could have caused... Basically, I started by banning him on my site and such... Which eventually ended up in a flame war via e-mail, which got badly out of hand... Now we're in a state where "leaving differences, and making up" isn't quite the option... It's way beyond that. What's worse is the fact that he is(or was) one of my closest friends... I usually walked to school and back with him, and lots of other things which I can see as everyday things now... With a vendetta like the one we currently have between us, It doesn't look like i'm going to be able to live life normally anymore... It's impossible to avoid him, or make up with him, he's in the same bloody form and such at school too ! What am I to do? This is not an ordinary "OMG I'm not friends with 'blah' anymore" situation... It's much worse... I need advice, please . (Sorry if this makes little sense.. I'm in a bit of a state over this, and can't think/type straightforwardly) |

Hmm...If you can't make up with him it's going to be hard getting used to doing things with out him...Try talking to him offline. Find a time when he's not in a bad mood and tell him that what ever you are fighting about is not worth losing him as a friend. Tell him that you care about him and that you don't want things to end like that. (Apoligize too). Make sure you do that very calmly and sincerly. And hopefully thing'll be a little better. (I know you said you couldn't make up, but you should still try). ~Delial |

Problem is... It's really hard to talk to him and apologise to him when we've fallen out... Last time, when it was just a major fallout, his parents took it really seriously... And just shouted at me and sent me back when i went to call for him one day... Really complicated stuff this... I'll give it a try though... Edit: Sorted now... Might as well close... Unless people wanna make hints as to how to avoid conflicts like these (edited by Avardo4PERMABAN on 04-17-04 09:32 PM) |
