If there are more from the other half of the plane, they probably won't be characters that the show focuses on like the rest of the people on the island they already don't pay attention to. |

Jack, Locke and Kate learn more secrets about the hatch. Meanwhile, after being beaten and taken captive, Sawyer, Michael and Jin wonder if their captors are fellow survivors or the dreaded "Others." Flashbacks reveals more of Locke's past in this episode as well as the introduction of Helen (guest star Katey Sagal) who shakes things up even more with her revealing personality and past. Other guest stars include: Robert Patrick (Hibbs) and Kevin Tighe (Cooper). the synopsis for this weeks episode. I have to admit that I am completely psyched for this. The questions are mounting, and there has to be some answers this week. Obviously the Others will get attention, but I'm hoping that a little light gets shed on Desmond. |

Yep, there are surely plenty of mysteries that have been added in these past two episodes alone. Another really weird thing was that the shark in the ocean that Sawyer and Michael encountered had a logo branded on it . It was the same logo on the food in the hatch closet and on Desmond's shirt. What this symbol means we also have yet to find out. Damn I'm really a Lost geek. Only three more days until a new episode . |

It was in the previous episode. When Sawyer and Michael were out at sea they encountered a shark. For a moment they had an underwater shot of the shark, at which point you can catch a quick glance of the mysterious logo on the shark's tail. | |||

They do look similar though. They're both octagonal and have weird stripes and a circle in the middle. If I'm not mistaken, there's what appears to be two pi symbols on the edges of the logo on the shark. Here's a slightly clearer picture of the shark's logo. Looks like pi to me. |

Originally posted by Danielle You can check here for some brief summaries of Season 1 episodes to get the main jist of it... http://www.epguides.com/Lost/ Last week's episode was really cool. We found out that Desmond ended up on the island from a boat crash from his race around the world. Plus, we found out a bit about the purpose of the island via the Orientation film. Cool stuff. Last night's episode wasn't really revealing or confusing, but it was still cool. It was actually the funniest episode of this show I've seen yet, Hurley's dream at the beginning was hilarious and so were his flashbacks. Sawyer had a few sarcastic remarks too. |

Originally posted by alte Hexe Yep. Out of all the people the Korean guy has to die, right? Why not somebody unimportant, like Scott? I mean Steve died last season... Saw last night's episode. Nice. But next week's episode is going to rock. Yep. Previews really got me excited about the next one. |

Originally posted by alte Hexe Aww...big spoiler, should've put it in a spoiler tag . But that sucks...I wonder how he's going to die. He's most likely going to be killed by some crazy person on the island like one of those wacky people from the other half of the plane, or by the "Others". BTW where did you find this leaked script? @Danielle: Hurley didn't lose his lottery ticket. Last night's flashback showed the events before he cashed in the ticket, of him thinking about how people would react when they found out he won the lottery. His flashback in Season 1 showed the events after he cashed in the ticket. (edited by Golden Yoshi on 10-13-05 01:12 PM) |

I'm bull-shitting. Altough it was in the previews with a lot of rustling and growls. So my thought is that it is possible we may be introduced to a new sort of monster or something. |

Originally posted by alte Hexe LOL, I didn't think they would kill off Jin. Now I've told everyone I know that watches the show and they're like "OMFG!" They did actually mention the Others in next week's preview, we see someone walking by with a teddy bear and someone whispers "The Others." |

Originally posted by DanielleOriginally posted by Golden Yoshi Huh? I don't recall him looking out into the ocean too much or having some kind of hat. Is that from Season 2? If it's from Season 1 I probably missed that because I only started watching Lost during the reruns this summer so I didn't catch every episode. |

It was in this last episode.. and Sawyer (I think?) was asking him why his hat is so important, why he's always looking for it. Maybe it has nothing to do with the lotto ticket though. I really need to rent season 1 or something. |
