Is anyone else watching this excellent series on the History Channel? I had seen most of it before, but it hasn't gotten old yet.

No that was a different movie
I know alot of the faces from the movie but can't remember their names but i know for a fact that tom hanks wasn't in it

Tom Hanks' son was also in one episode (towards the end) playing a fresh young officer who quickly gets promoted into a danger free job I seem to remember.

I think Band of Brothers is far superior to Saving private Ryan...I also like the fact that quite a few of the American Soldiers are played by British Actors

This series would have to be my favourite of all time. I got the whole thing on dvd (pirated, omgsueme). It's great, I find myself watching an episode every week.

Chris has it on DVD and some of his family are in the series. Bet my grandfather is somewhere in there aswell, just not sure myself.
