Yeah but he also designed most of them at once...how else can you explain the existance of Kecleon in the bacground of the Satoshi Tajiri-endorsed manga during the RED AND BLUE saga? And as far as going through alot of changes, Rhydon actualy always looked the same even in beta stage...Lapras and Staryu were probably the most changed...and being they were both the same size and Blastoise + Nidoqueen were ugly little things towering over the Pokemon center (and dont get me started on that ugly beta lapras/slowbro thing  ), its surprising RHYDON didn't change very much...theymust have had a thing for him, starting out the list with it and everything. I'd guess the compiler just stuck them in whatever order it read the files, which I would imagine would be alphabetical.
so, that is not the case. What is the difference between those two codes anyway? If they just do the same thing..
