Um. . .the color chart gives you a. . .chart of colors that you can click on and you will receive a hex code that you can use in your layout or anything else. Nothing is "supposed" to happen, it's just a chart.

While we are talking about colors, does anyone know ( you all probably know ) what the code is you put for colors in your post header and signuature with colors from the color chart?

I don't think I quite understood that, but here we go.

so let's say you want a purple color. you click on the color, and get the hex code "9900ff". You would enter the code in the part marked "HERE". Like this.

<font color=9900ff>kekeke</font>

The color chart ist neat, but only shows a selection of colors. The proper HTML codes you'll find in the color pallettes in programs like Paint Shop Pro and others; since they also show the correct HTML code of the color you'd like to have included
