It was in my sig, and someones mom (not going to mention any names) is about to kick them off the computer because they think I hacked into their computer. Well I just feel bad so if anyone could explain this for his mom I'm sure he would appreciate it.

It just simply reads the IP that is hitting the server (which is dictated by the ISP), the ISP's domain name, and then just the user agent string that your browser sends all the time, for example: http://www.ericgiguere.com/tools/http-header-viewer.html

(also, this stuff belongs in Hardware/Software)

Whenever you view a web page, your computer tells the server its IP address and what OS and browser it's using. (If you're paranoid, you can spoof OS and browser, but it needs the IP address to know what computer to send its reply to.) This script simply takes that information and creates an image from it. It gets your ISP by looking up the IP address in a list and seeing which provider it belongs to.
