There aren't too many that I can remember, but here are what do come to mind:

:: Broken right ankle, which happened while biking. It's been a while since, so if I had to guess my age when it happened, I'd say 12 or 13. It might not've been a complete break either, as I've got a nagging thought that the doctor treating me in the hospital said something about how it was just chipped
:: Only 1 or two teeth pulled, which I'm grateful for, seeing as my brother had to go to the dentist about 10 times in the end, for the same purpose
:: Numerous operations to put tubes in my ears. I still don't know what purpose they serve, but it had almost become a regular thing. Once school was finished, my Mom would make an appointment, and we'd head down to London for it during the weekend.
:: Skinned my right knee while out biking with a friend. I had to bike for about another 10 minutes after that with one hand, due to the fact that I was using the other to try to stop the bleeding.
:: Chicken pox, although that was more fun, as I was young, and didn't understand the seriousness of the fact that I was sick, and instead just thought about how lucky I was to be able to stay home and play Nintendo all day
:: More common illnesses, like colds, fevers, and flus as far as I can remember. Colds are still more common than the others, which, as far as I'm concerned is a bad thing, mainly because of the runny nose.
:: Bitten by a dog while walking them to get volunteer hours a couple summers back. I still have an opaque spot in my right hand, through which you can see a blood vein

Those are all I can remember for now, but I think I've covered pretty much everything.

~ One tooth pulled
~ Right fractured wrist
~ Scar on ass cheek trying to jump fence (shorts)
~ Barely get sick
~ Scars from getting scratched by my cats when they throw a fit and want me to put them down

I don't like pain so I avoid it

Oh yeah, this one time I was playing in the school yard in about 2nd grade and I was playing with this little red ball and all of a sudden my foot when on the top of the ball..and I slipped forward, scraped my forhead on the cement..and I dont remember anything after that. I do remember going home early. I don't see any trace of that left though.

You fell on your head too like me .

It's weird how I barely remember what happened.

I forgot to mention aboutt he bugs with the huge mosquito bites I used to get when I was younger and the flea bites. Hate those things..I never got bit by an ant before though .

I think how I fractured my wrist is playing teather ball all the time when I was younger..I used to get these bruises on both my wrists and I noticed it hurting..I kinda liked the bruises for some reason..it made me feel tough haha..still kinda does.

I sprained my ankle once walking home from school when I wasnt supposed to and that thing hurt for awhile and it was spring break

Bones: Arm, running through a doorway with a small lip.

Insect bites: Fleas, mosquitoes, bees (about 5 different times too )

Surgery: None.

Other: I hit myself in the back of the knee with a golf club, and it hurt like hell for about two days, otherwise just a bunch of cat scratches/bites.

A lot of them hidew in the floor during June and they do bite me and my cats of course so I rarely go barefooted in my house during June.

99.9% of the time? Where did you get that from?
Flea bites are quite common.. I used to get them all the time on my legs, I should've added that in. You can get them anywhere though.
Gross.

I made it up. Because that's what I thought. I was wrong. But I was told fleas only stay on pets. That's what I've thought all my life. No fair.

- 6 Stitches on the head because of rock in the roof of a cave.
- Two of my ribs hurts now and then, car accident.
- Got a baseball batt on the side of head in a full swing... deaf on one ear because of that.
- Broked one of my big toe.
- Dentist took me 8 teeth, including the 4 wisdom teeth.
- Something I'm born with: I can't see with my two eyes at the same time, always one at a time.
- Oesophagite (Typo): My doctor told me many old persons go see them thinking they have heart attacks, but they had Oesophagite. Hurt like hell... and 4 $ (Can.) a pill.

And the rest: Bees, ants, wasps, common things.

The only reason I got bit by fleas so many times was because I had them in my bed, and they pretty much had me there

But then I went on vacation and my cat got flea medication put on him, so they basically starved.

But I think they might be coming back

Also, I've never been bit by an ant. I either brushed it off or stayed away.

Broken Bones-
I broke my left elbow was I was around 10 or 11. I was jumping off my neighbors porch and onto an old bed that they had laying on the ground. Everything was fine for a couple jump then I lost control and landed directly on my left elbow breaking it.

Bites-
never been biten by a Bee, even though I swat them out of the air all the time
When i was a Baby I was bitten by some crazy insect in Puerto Rico, it cause the top of my right hand to swell up like a ballon and i have a perminant triangular scar on it.

I was also bitten by a dog once which may or may not have had Rabees(sp?). Anyways I was playing basketball with my neighbors(yeah same ones) when the dog jumped over the fence, instead of warning me they just scattered, and by the time i turned around the dog had bitten me in the butt ....in a desperate attempt to get away I jumped over the next fence...in a single leap.

Surgeries-
Spinal Tap when I was baby, i have the scar in on my back
Tonsels removed
Wisdom Teeth removed...all 4 at once
I might be forgetting some....

Misc Scars-
Right hand index finger...washing a knife and it slipped...nearly cut my finger off. I should have got stitched but i just let it heal on its own...after 3 weeks of the wound opening back up and bleeding all over the place I have a huge scar.

Muscle between thumb and index finger, right hand. Long thin scar from when i opened a window to fast and grinded my hand on the bars.

Right hand, middle finger. While moving a desk my brother decided to sit on top of it causing it to come crashing down on my middle finger....that one hurt like a mo fo!

Chin, i have about 3 scars all on my chin. Amazingly the all occured at my neighbors house while playing some game or another. The one I remember the best was playing Ghost Chase, you put a white sheet over yourself and chase the others....needless to say what happened next

Bike Accident, My cousin let me borrow his bike while at the park and I started to race with it. Somehow the bike came apart while I was riding it and I slammed face first into the ground. I chipped one of my front teeth and my arms and legs got all scratched up.

Head cracks. I remember two but im sure there was a couple more. Grandma throwing her keys out the 2nd floor window for my Mom to catch...but somehow knocking me straight on top of the head...The keychain was a big metal boot too
And the other one was when I dunked on a basketball rim that was nailed to the wall...it wasnt nailed very well because after i dunked the rim came down on my head.

Thats about all I can think of right now.

Oh yeah, I was coming down some stairs somewhat fast, and with my right big toe I pretty much bent it back.

It hurt like a bitch for WEEKS, and left a big purple bruise under my toenail for several months.

This outta be quite fun.

Broken Bones:
- Nose (many times)
- Toes (many times)
- Fingers (many times)
- Leg (4 years old)
- Hand (9 years old)
- Foot (11 years old)
- Tailbone (12 years old)
- Cheekbone (13 years old)
- Collarbone (13 years old)
- Sternum (14 years old)

Chronological order... I break stuff all the time (oddly enough, I eat healthy and drink tons of milk. Guess that whole daredevil lifestyle doesn't pay off ).

Medical Conditions:
- Poison Oak (10 years old): The right side of my face was swollen for a week. Couldn't see out of my right eye.
- Poison Ivy (many times)
- Strep Throat (a few times)
- Common Cold (many times)
- Viral Infection (many times)
- Tubes put in my ears (once when 2, again when 6)
- Adnoids Taken Out (6 years old)

Misc:
- A really odd fact is that I've never had stitches. Ever.
- When I was 5, I fell on an ice hill at Kindergarten and killed my left incisor. My dad ended up having to pull it out with a pliers. Luckily it was dead, so I didn't feel anything. The root was all black. Kinda creepy, actually.

Oh how could I forget?!

Much like YD I used to suffer from in-grown toenails. Until I had the sides of each of the toe nails removed. So now the sides that would ingrow on my toe dont grow back ever again. My toes look bloody and bruised still but as the old wounded one grows away a new fresh one is coming in. So in a couple months my toe nails will look nice and new.

Yeah, I also have an in-grown toenail right now, but for some reason it's pretty puffy and everything, but ti doesn't hurt at all (unless I smack it on something)

Also NSNick, your friend broke his arm whacking it?
