| Several of the vampires closest to the group are completely dismembered, thanks to Errol's mighty strikes. However, the remaining 6 just kept advancing... Suddenly, a neon keyboard materialized in from of Ed. After typing in a sequence of keystrokes too quick to see, the keyboard vanishes. A second later, several wooden stakes appear in front of the heroes. Jarukoth: "How did you do that?!?" Ed: "Use Them!" Jarukoth grabbed on of the stakes, and hurled it into the heart of one of the vampires. His projectile found home, and the creature collapsed. 5 vampires remained... |

| Zerodius locked his aim on the vampire in the middle... Zerodius *thinks* A bit to the left... now go right... almost there... yes! Fire! Zerodius charged energy into his left hand and then punched the ground! Gigantic spears made of wood came out from below! The way they were appearing, they will kill all the remaining vampires unless they can do some kind of evasive technique extremely quickly. |

| The avatar of Cthulhu had simply watched as the portal had been torn open in the midst of his cult, and the members devoured by slavering things from another world. He had tracked the creatures across New York, and had just witnessed them obliterated by the power of this group of people. He concentrated, and suddenly realized that they were not of this "Matrix" where he had taken up residence. They were beings of immense power, perhaps even more than they realized. Realizing that his present octopod form was not proper for something as difficult as this, he assumed the form of an Asian male that had been a part of his cult. | Jarukoth didn't even bother asking. He knew. Jarukoth: "That's what we are trying to figure out. And it looks like the guy in there just might have the awnser..." He points to a dark alleyway. At the end, there is a single elevator illuminated by a neon sign overhead. The sign reads "CLUB HEL". Jarukoth crosses the street and approaches the elevator. Jarukoth: "Okay. Let's go." He presses the button, and the elevator approaches. |

| Jarukoth sees them advance from seemingly all sides. Jarukoth: "Kage Bunshin no Jutsu!" Six shadow clones are spawned from a burst of smoke. They then rush several of the guards, and fight them hand to hand, often taking them out with only a few blows. Several guards still remain, and still quite dangerous. |

| Troy said nothing as a thin disk of darkness appeared above his head. He triangle-jumped off the nearest support, surprising the guard nearest him as he stood up again, perched on the celing alongside him. Troy latched firmly onto the man's arm, throwing him hard against the floor. He dove back behind another pillar, making his way around the top edge of the cramped room as the remaining guards continued to lay down repressive gunfire on the ground. |
