Zerodius activated his armor's battle systems (just in case) and got into the portal. |

| The group lands on a paved surface. They are in what appears to be an American city in the late 20th/early 21st century. Looking up, tall skyscrapers and and a bit of blue sky is all that can be seen. Eye level, however, is where all the action is. People coming and going, streets littered with moving cars, and the occasional phone booth and sidewalk vendor, peddling his wares. This was not unlike the cities Jarukoth was accustomed to when he was alive. As he looks at some of the passersby, he notices a number of them are clad in black buisness suits. |

| A grayish light flashes and two young men appear from that aura. ???: Oh man, look where we are! I guess the teleportation was a success! ???: I don't think so, brother, something seems a bit different about this city, but I can't quite my finger on it... The shorter of brothers is pale skinned, with large blue eyes, and wears a gray ninja garb, a red headband, and a gray cloth which covers his mouth. He also has brownish-black hair which is quite wild and is tied with a red cloth to make a rather long ponytail. The other brother seems a bit more calm and collected, with glossy, short, jet black hair and red eyes. He has much more "modern" clothes on: a long white jacket and cargo pants. |

People, for the moment, at least, all stopped to stare in wonder and shock as personalities seemed to appear out of nowhere. Jarukoth just sighs. He rubs the back of his neck, and attempts to gather his thoughts... Jarukoth: "Okay, let's try this again. Anyone who just came here from an alternate reality please identify yourself to me now..." While he sits down and waits for his beverage, Jarukoth contemplates what kind of oddities could be seen during thier investigation. More importantly, he wonders if his fellow adventurerers have any clue as to how bizarre things could get... Jarukoth's root beer float arrives. He drinks it, and takes a moment to relax. Knowing his luck like he does, he will probably need it. Ten Minutes Pass. Jarukoth finishes his float, as the others contine with thier light chatter. He then hears something over a radio in the possession of a police officer, seated only a couple of seats over... "...Disturbance in the Project Park on 11th street. Units report immediately..." |
