Eh, you could just make as many as you need if it's for the family or yourself. I wouldn't eat it as a leftover for sure..I feed some things I don't want to the dog if it's been in the fridge too long. It's better than going to waste in the trash. At least someone gets to eat it

I was going to make a thread like this actually. I really dislike leftovers, I don't recommend them to my stomach. But, I end up having leftovers a lot. Since my family moved into this large house we've had it a little bad when it comes to food (My basic meals at home are frozen dinners, pizza's, ravioli, etc). Plus, when you pull old food out of the fridge, like chicken alfredo or something it looks and smells absolutely horrible. So no, I don't like leftovers. |

I can eat most leftovers like anything else. But it's usually good my mom + my step-dad both cook and it's always good, so..... |

My answer to this would really depend on what kind of food is in question, and how long the leftovers have been in the fridge or wherever else. I like leftover pizza, hot and cold, although it has to be something that's been ordered from a pizza place. My Mom used to get pizza crusts and the appropriate toppings every other week or so while grocery shopping, and I wouldn't touch that stuff, no matter how hot or cold it is. I just don't like it. Meat such as leftovers from a roast or similar is always good for a sandwich if you want a quick snack, although I prefer that to be warm. With meat (mostly chicken, in this case) at supper, there's usually gravy as well. After the leftovers of that have sat in the fridge for a couple days (most of the time, without even covering it with plastic wrap or something similar), I wouldn't touch it, since it solidifies, and gets all white across the top. The leftovers I dislike the most though would have to be spaghetti sauce. While technically not a food, I still choose that. At this very moment, we have probably two or three margarine tubs (this size) full of leftover sauce. I don't know when my Mom plans on using it, but it's a good thing she has it frozen. To give a short answer to the question, yes, I don't mind eating leftovers as long as they're food I like. |

I'm pretty sure MarioMaster was talking about the crackers. How can you eat the actual fish? I don't like the crackers when they're stale either, in fact I rarely eat the goldfish crackers.

Better in the oven? I should try to do that . Yeah, when we cook fries in the oven they're not good the day after so why not re-heat them in the oven again

I don't really go out that much... if I have leftovers then they're from my mom's cooking. Which really cannot be ruined when it's reheated. My dad on the other hand, mostly refuses to eat leftovers because he thinks they go bad immediately.

Depends ON the type of french fries you're re-heating. I find that KFC fries, at least here, re-heat well and taste the same. Wouldn't touch re-heated McD's though. |

McD's fries are just blah..most fries to me re-heated are blah but the oven thing sounds like a good idea. Or I could just buy less fries and eat them at once

I don't like McDonald's fries to begin with... that sounds pretty gross. But I don't think fast food was meant to be reheated.

I'm used to their fries because they're the most readily available. :\ Personally, I prefer Wendy's but I'd have to go all the way downtown to get them since their location here closed a few years back. |

I only know of one Wendy's in our area but we barely go there because my dad thinks they're expensive or something.. We never have left overs of In-N-Out because they are the shit. McD's fries are nasty but I like fries so I eat them anyway when my dad wants to go there . We haven't been there in awhile because one close by had maggots in it and bad health regulations..ewwie. |
