| I wish to test out this concept of...non-hitting battles for a moment, and I require...well...a guinea pig to aid me. My character is already posted, and I wish to take the first attack, so that I may see what kind of people I'm working with here. Please make the arena somewhat interesting, and I'll be waiting. Remember, this is only a test battle, so I won't be too rough. | |||

| Suddenly, an armored humanoid figure entered the arena... The being's aura was weird... there was no life in this armor, neither biological or mechanical... and yet, the being had a soul... but when Angis could sense the being's soul, only confusion could enter his mind. This being's aura... indicated that he was the Almighty One himself!... and yet, he was different... for his Light wasn't a radiant, blinding one. This one... it was small, contained and seemed so weak... and yet, it emanatted power from it... pure power. This was a being that obviously transcended Time, Space, and even Fate... ???: "I can see your confusion, my son... Clear your mind of those questions and allow me to explain." The being approached Locke/Anguis... ???: "To you, my name has always been God... but several Possibilities exist and several Timelines can be possible. I am what God would have been if he hadn't thrown away his feelings, disgusted of life and himself... I am... the God who thrown away his immortality to share the fate of his creations." The armored being paused, letting the time to Locke to understand what he had said. ???: "I know that this must seem incredible... but it is the truth. When God thrown away his immortality, age quickly ripped his body and soul, returning to the Emptiness he came from... but as he disappeared, a specie was born from him... for God died as an individual and was reborn as an entire specie. The Hunters, Creators and Guardians of the Universe, were born." The armored being paused again. ???: "I am one of the individuals that was born from the death of the Almighty One... and I was chosen to be the Master, just like thousands of Almighty Ones before me. I am Zerodius, the current Incarnation of Creation. Altought I come from another Possibility, I was able to see your life trought the eyes of your own God for all Incarnations of the Almighty One are connected trought Time and Space, beyond the Possibilities..." Zerodius placed his hand on Locke/Anguis's shoulder. Zerodius: "There is much hatred, much sadness in your soul. Disgusted of both Light and Darkness you are... for both deny you of your humanity. Neither the Almighty One, neither the Evil One are fit to rule the Universe... and you know it for both gave up on life. As such... just like life evolved, so must the powers that created it. Empty your mind of your superstitions... forget about the Ancient Rules... for History must be rewritten." Suddenly, Time and Space began to twist around and the two were in the middle of Heaven... but this was not the Heaven Anguis knew... this was a dark, twisted, corrupted Heaven. Zerodius: "The Heaven you used to know if nothing more than an illusion, a reflection of what the real Heaven is. This... is the real Heaven, the Chaos Heaven that sleeps within the soul of the Almighty One. All of his suppressed feelings, both in hatred and in love sleeps here..." Zerodius walked to a petrified flower and picked it up. Zerodius: "The Almighty One did not evolve. Trapped in an artificial world created by his own arrogance and ego, he forgot his duties and became a heartless ruler, devoid of compassion or hatred. Distant from all creatures, he denied his very children, the angels, the right to love and to hate in fear that they might turn away from him... but to turn away from the Creator is not to become Evil. The Creator is the Origin... but he is not the Ultimate Being for a being who does not evolve can only be flawed." Zerodius turned to Arguis and offered him the flower. Zerodius: "Good and Evil reached a level of stagnation... and if this continues on, your World will end. As the first life-form, you must have seen it. The mortals are crying for help, their souls tortured as they seek a Light that rejected them. I believe that you are the one, Arguis... I believe that you are this Universe's "Ex" being... the being who will free the life-forms from the governance of both Light and Darkness and allow the mortals to surpass their Creator, allowing them to forge their own fate." Zerodius back away from Arguis a little bit. Zerodius: "Sadly... you are not ready to do this. Your human side is still bound to the mortal Light and your angel side's heart hasn't healed yet. As such, you aren't ready yet... but one day, you will." Suddenly, a shadow appeared behind Zerodius... Zerodius: "So... you came... Mother Ex." Mother Ex: "You are sure this being is the One? Much sorrow in his heart... much fear..." Zerodius: "I am sure that he is the One. His soul shines with the desire for a new world... for a world without Fate." Mother Ex: "Shattering a reign that dured for an eternity is already impossibly hard by itself... shattering BOTH the reign of Light and Darkness... I'm not even sure I could do it. If this being is to be the One that does this feat... he must learn to Resonate! He must cast aside his fear of other species, the fear of his so-called perfect Father and grow a power from his own. The Light must come from his heart, not from an external source!" Zerodius: "Go easy on him, Ex. Not everyone was lucky enough to be born in a world without an Almighty One. His life was quite painful." Mother Ex: "Still... I say that we should test him. No use entrusting him with the Power of Creation if he isn't worthy." Zerodius: "I know... I know..." The shadow disappeared. Zerodius: "Arguis... I am about to give you a gift... I will give you the Light from another world... a Light from a world without Fate. This is the only thing that can shatter the Almighty One and the Evil One, nullifying their powers and sending them back to the Void, where they belong. However... this power could be potentially destructive if it was to fall in the hands of one who is not worthy. As such, I will now test you." Zerodius jumped backward and landed a few feet away from Arguis. His armor changed to a black high-tech one that seemed like a mix between Master Chief's and Samus's armor. Zerodius: "Do you have the will and the courage to walk on this third, alternate road? Are you the one that will shatter Fate and bring forth a new world? If so... run foward and face your own Fate!... else, walk away and back into the Void. The Almighty One who rejected you and an Evil One that despises you will accept you in their empty worlds."
