| Fuckin' right! It's coming, the Lost Episodes DVD set, November 8th! All of the Ren & Stimpy: Adult Party Cartoon episodes, all 9, including the ones that never aired, on DVD with nifty extras. Then eventually, comes the Ultimate Ren & Stimpy box set, which contains ALL episodes of Ren & Stimpy ever made--the original Spumco episodes (seasons 1 and 2) led by the creator John K., COMPLETELY uncut this time (unlike the first DVD set), plus the Games episodes (seasons 3-5), as well as all the Adult Party Cartoon episodes. The thing'll likely be around $100, but to me it'll be so worth it. The box art for both sets (works in progress) have been posted here, and they look ridiculously attractive. I'm so thrilled... This show was great, definitely a weird thing to see when you're pretty young though (but hey, it was on Nick!). I think I liked Rocco's Modern Life, more actually, but Ren & Stimply was still great. They should put this on Adult Swim, seriously. |
