| Your post is hard to find. I read your header thinking that was the post at first. Headers with text are just stupid, they make your actual post harder to find and it's annoying. Other than that, it's hard to complain. A lot of empty space, but many people have it worse than this. | |||

| I thought that some of the metaphysical imagery was really particularly effective. Interesting rythmic devices, too, which counterpoint the surrealism of the underlying metaphor of the Vogonity of the poet's compassionate soul, which contrives through the medium of the verse structure to sublimate this, transcend that, and come to terms with the fundamental dichotomies of the other, and one is left with a profound and vivid insight into whatever the poem was about. In other words, I think bad jokes like this just mean that, deep inside, you want to be loved. |
