World 2, Ant World. One level done, plus four from Chicken World... and there are 30 phases to edit in total (6 Gfx sets and 24 levels), and with 7 out of 30 phases done, that's about... oh, 23 or 24% complete. Chicken World and Ant World. I'm on a roll. Better get back to work... |

You guys wanted it? I deliver. This is the exact same hack as before but as you can see, there's Mario, then there's Luigi, each with seperate physics and power-up tweaks... oh yes you know what it means and you know you love it. Though It will be quite awhile before I release anything for this, or even work on it some more, I've begun hacking Chrono Trigger, and plan on making Lucca the main character for this storyline (I don't really have too much of a storyline yet). Graphics are easy enough to hack, so I thought I'd tackle events first. The opening takes place (after naming Lucca) in Gato's exhibit, where everyone is helping to clean up the Millenial Fair, since it's over with now. After or during the cleanup... something zany happens or something, I haven't really planned it out yet. One feature I'm working on is a new assistant for Lucca, a robotic NU playable character. I'm still learning the in's and out's of event scripting, but once that's under my belt, then new tilesets will be added, then area changing, then enemy stats and the like. |

Not sure yet, too many things to think/do at the same time. especially since it's the summer things have slowed down radically. But I hope to have it released as late 2005, early 2006. Even if I had all sungeons/overworlds/monologue etc done, there would still be a lot of work to pull everything together.. and as I previously said this was my first and will remain my last hack.. so I'll make sure it's good. That certain area is supposed to be dark. I'm experimenting with colors and trying to get a good feel of the levels. And if you compare the two images on the right side with the second castle of my first hack, I think you'll see some there's some resemblence |
