OK, so I've been working on this layout, but for some reason while it displays fine everywhere else, in my layout the post itself overlaps my Bio. Is there any way to fit maybe a small script that selects either "0" or "-100%" for a
"table style: position: relative; top: __: ..."? I would like to fix that as it the only glicth with my layout right now. Could anyone help?

No scripts at all, sorry. (Unless you find a way to do it, don't use it for anything obvious, don't tell anyone, and hope nobody notices it. )

If you're just trying to put an image behind your table, that shouldn't require any weird scripts.

Well you're not going about it the right way, then.

<table width=100% height=100% background="my_background_image.jpg" cellpadding=50><tr><td><table border=3 bgcolor=000080 width=100% height=100% valign=top><tr><td><br>YOUR POST GOES HERE<br></td></tr></table></td></tr></table>

Should look like:
YOUR POST GOES HERE

The 'cellspacing=50' controls how much of a gap there is around the actual post table, and the 'bgcolor=000080' controls the background colour. Just fiddle with the inside table and you can get whatever kinds of effects you want. (Everything before 'YOUR POST GOES HERE' is your header, and after it is your footer. Make sure there's no line breaks.)

By the way, that looks way cool. (I know I coded it, but you kinda designed it. ) I'd get rid of the big Mario though, and shrink the right-side cell (maybe make it a sig) and the font. It takes up too much space.

Anyone else feel free to use that. I made it, I get to say that. But don't rip off the dude's background. (Even though it's ripped from Mario 64... )

Well, if they use the BG I'd take it as a compliment, because I take imitation as a way of saying "your _______ rocks, I like it!". The problem is that what I would like isn't what you've put, but to have a post with a streched background to it that is semitransparent, liked the one I am using. The glitches are in firefox, and in the profiles page. Your design looks good too, but it isn't what I'm going for, which is the only problem with it. Thanks though.

Well I don't know of a stretching method you could use in a layout, and that BG looks like crap when it's stretched anyway.
As for transparency, it's somewhat possible but will look like crap on older computers that don't have the kind of font rendering WinXP does. I tried it once.

Actually, I coded the layout on an older computer (win98), and it looked fine. That's why I use this, but as it shouws, the layout doesn't work in a non-IE browser.

try eliminating position:relative;top:0;left:0;z-index:1;
works in test layout, not sure about a real post though.
