| I can't seem this working. When I select server, it just says waiting for connection. Then when I have someone try to connect to me, nothing happens. Can someone walk me through the basics? | |||

| Do you or they have a firewall on that might be preventing it? Windows has its own crappy firewall you might need to shut off. | |||

| I actually got connected to someone and played a nice lag free game on it. I think that the person I was trying to connect to previously had some router issues. | |||

...Lag free?  I'm going to have to try that because Hiryuu and I have never been successful when it comes to NES netplay. For some strange reason, the game either ran super-slowly or sync'ed out in a matter of moments. :\ (And yes, we were trying to play Super Dodge Ball. Why not?  ) |

| Well to be sure, it wasn't 100% lag free but it was pretty close. We had to turn off all programs and then it worked very well. Unfortunately not every game has been that smooth, but generally its been pretty good with FCE UXD. I'm looking into adjusting the sound settings to see if I can make it a little better. The only issue is that sometimes it locks up for a second or two and then returns to full speed. I'm thinking it might be a sound issue because the pause only seemed to happen when it needed to emulate a load noise. |
