| It's not always that simple... I lived in the halls of residence directly opposite this place I was interested in two years ago. The telecoms company that proided service to the halls actually owned the switchboard in the complex. They only provided pay-per-minute, so that was the only option. It did prove interesting, though. You've never seen so much ethernet cable going from window to window in a four storey building... ever. I did check out ADSL availability, though. It seems it's good for the major providers  It's just paying for it now  |
