| I like Peach in that game because it's easy to get around. She can hover in the air for 4 seconds. if she had skills I would rate them like this, Speed: *** Jump: ***** Hp: ( you really don't have a choice ) Power: ** The worst character: I got to go with Luigi. | Best: Toad - Boss Battles Made Easy! Worst: Mario - Being good at everything means you're not great at any of it. Luigi's good for going through levels, but his jumping makes boss fights trickier. And Peach picks things up way too slow. (edited by Grey Jedi Cheveyo on 06-25-05 05:49 PM) |

| I'm sorry, but I find Mario the easiest to use to beat every level. Though, Luigi is the best for the warp in 5-3 (time it right with a charged jumping Mario on a Bom-Omb and that's not a problem). Toad would definitely be second because is jump speed is similar to Mario and I can do basically the same stuff as with Mario. The only reason I didn't pick him first is, I rather have a good all-around abilities. I don't care about the pulling vegetables speed much. Jumps - Luigi takes to long to get lift in the air, but he's also up there for awhile. Princess' floating ability has never been much help to me. In level 5-1 if you use the float to get pass the Trouters, the timing could be off and when you think you are jumping off a trouter, you are actually activating the float instead, falling into the water (meaning off the screen dead). In the quick run down. Mario - 1st, Toad - 2nd, Luigi - 3rd, and Princess - 4th. I've beat the entire game alternating between each character every level getting the 5, 5, 5, 5 making all 4 main contributers. It was interesting to play with Luigi, I can't stand the awkard jump still. *has been hacking this game constantly since early spring 2005* |

| But with Peach, her slow speed can be used as an advantage. While picking up a vegetable, you are impervious. I don't know if this is a bug but anyway, when fighting green birdo you can avoid her attacks by picking up a Mushroom block WHILE shes shooting. This doesn't work so well on Hawkmouth. But I got to say, ANY CHARACTER CAN BEAT WART!!!! edit: I meant to say "mushroom block" not vegetable. (edited by MarioMaster on 06-26-05 01:03 AM) |

| PEACH! The hovering is best! But she looks bad on the NES one  Next is Mario, he's very normal and easy to use. I mean like he's the main character Toad is third. He's powerful... But the jump is low, the worst part. Luigi is 4th. I can't say he's bad, but when you're used to all the other guys it's hard. But you know what? I like the shyguys best  |

I think the best in my opinion would be Mario. And for the worst...I think I'd say...Toad. I just don't find much use with him.  |

Peach is the best with that air hover, it really helps in the later levels. The worst for me would be Luigi, I somehow can't handle him right.  |

| I'm very good with Mario because he's average at juming, picking up objects and has average speed. I don't like Toad because the fact you can't jump high but sometimes comes useful in boss battles because he can pick objects faster than anyone. | |||

| I will have to go with HH here. Peach's floating is the best. She's awesome in those levels with the whales, and any sky level. In order from best to worst: Peach - Floats. Good in sky and water levels. Toad - The ONLY mario game I have played where you play as toad. Luigi - His jump is really cool. Its like a vertical float I guess you could say  .Mario - Boring . I like his graphics tho. |

| For me, Peach is the best and Toad is the worst. I realize Toad can lift things fast, making him better for bosses, but I've never had a problem with them anyway. I don't care about the slot machine. I find the real challenge is in the levels, and I can't stand his lame jump. I like to use Luigi a lot too. I used to have a specific reason why I preferred Peach to him, but I haven't played the game in so long.. I guess I forgot. Mario is boring. MarioMaster: Uh..? i use toad and only use luigi for world 4...mario is best all-around but i never use him...luigi is the worst to use in the pyramid levels... |
