Megaman X!! The best game ever made up. I've rent it so many times that I've lost count long ago. Super Mario All Stars was one of the first video games I played. I just loved SMB3. Donkey Kong Country. I got it for Christmas and couldn't stop playing it and I couldn't even beat the first world. Super Mario World is also great. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles IV Turtles In Time. My friend and I were playing it alot when we were young. Well I think that's all. |

I should try the other Metroid games. I've only played that DS demo, but it was still kinda fun. And maybe I'll try the Megaman series while I'm at it.

1. Super Mario World-A game that was so well loved by many. I even found it to be a challenge in the special world. And with Lunar Magic, enjoying the game is even moe limitless. I still play it on the original SNES for the classic feel. 2. The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past-A very adventurous game. So many things to find and so many adventures to go through. Hyrule Magic has given me the same affect as with Lunar for SMW. The one thing I didn't like is that after beating everything, there was nothing left to do but beat the final boss (which was a bit too easy). 3. Super Mario All-Stars-A nice little remake of my 3 fav. games of the NES. This game also included the much loved and rather difficult Lost Levels. This game was the original SMB2 but was not released to the U.S. under fear that Americans believed the game wold be too difficult. I enjoyed the enhanced graphics and music, but my real love was for the Lost Levels. To learn more about the Lost Levels: http://www.thewarpzone.co.uk/mario/lost-levels/ |

Originally posted by Cruel JusticeWhoa, I completely forgot about that game. My mom and I played together, it was so fun. We really sucked at it. I rented it so many times and would go for hours.. I quit playing when I started to get nightmares about it. I still remember them. I've never had nightmares about other games I played obsessively. |

Ehehe..... Yeah, those are all really nice games, and my favorite game is most definitely on most people's previous lists (Earthbound, Chrono Trigger, and Megaman X3), but... Harvest Moon : Yeah, it's genius. Simple, pure, unadulterated genius. Raise a farm, raise a family, find an assload of secrets out about the land you're living in, and make a few bucks on the side. And the cows. Oh, the cows. So cute. Props go to the N64 version, too. The Twisted Tales of Spike McFang : This game kicks the shit out of (edited by Oxnard Montalvo on 08-05-05 02:18 AM) (edited by Oxnard Montalvo on 08-05-05 02:20 AM) (edited by Oxnard Montalvo on 08-05-05 02:25 AM) |

Oh god, the GC version's a piece of crap compared to the SNES and N64 version. It's really horrible. The other two, you have to play a little bit to get into, but they're worth it in the long run. You get kind of a sense of pride after a while of realizing just what you've accomplished.

As for one of my least favorte games in existance, check out Chuck Rock, if you're out to play one of the worst games that's ever been created. It was some random game my sister decided to buy, I played it, and cried. (edited by Xeolord on 08-05-05 11:43 AM) |

Hrm, if we're going for worst games... I'd have to go with Lagoon. I could rant about this piece of shit for hours on end. It's so fucking horrible that playing it, looking at it, even thinking about the text on the back of the instruction manual makes me want to stab little children and kick puppies. If I had a choice between dealing with the shitty hit detection, micropixel-sized sword radius, and horrible platforming system and having a small rodent excavate my inner cavities with a case of the rabies virus embedded in its teeth, I'd take Lagoon, but that doesn't stop it from being a piece of shit. The only really possibly slightly redeeming thing about this game would be the slightly interesting method at which you acquire spells (a 4x4 grid with artifacts lining it is displayed, basically you combine two types of artifact (a ring and a staff) together to create a magic spell in your inventory), except WHOOPSIE! THE SPELLS SUCK ASS. God dammit, just writing about how bad this game is makes me want to go slay things. I'm gonna go play KOTOR. |

Hoo boy, I have a long list of SNES ganes I like: Super Mario World: Classic game. Too bad the battery in my SNES copy are dead AFAIK, but at least I own this on GBA. Super Mario All-Stars: 4 Marios in 1, 4 times the fun, you ger what I mean. Super Mario Kart: My very first racing game. I really enjoyed this game back in the past, but right now, it's pretty much owned by my common playing of MK: DD. Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past: one of my favourite Zelda ganes of all time. Good thing I have this on GBA too. DKC 1-3: Three times the monkey mayhem, I prefer DKC2 over the other two. Uniracers: Can't ever forget about this racing classic! Too bad that there isn't a 3D, GC version of the game. Now that would rock! Illusion of Gaia: Next to ALttP, this is my favourite SNES RPG. Long, challenging, and a lot of fun. Kirby Super Star, Kirby's Dream Land 3: Both of these games are great, but IMO, KSS gets the edge over KDL3 with its unique abilities that weren't in Kirby's Adventure (Fighter, Jet, Cook, etc). Super Mario RPG: The only RPG I've played with Mario in it, this game is close to the top IMO. Super Bomberman 1 & 2- Ah, Bomberman. I definitely would never want to neglect this guy, he's a blast! (no pun intended) |
