How they sold even that many UMDs is beyond me. Why would people want to buy a UMD when they can buy a DVD for around the same price? Yes, I'd much rather have a movie that can only be played on a handheld device as opposed to that same movie on a DVD, which can be played on all sorts of TVs and computers of various screen sizes.

Note: They appear in the bonus dungeon sometimes, have not that much HP - but I die when facing them after a few rounds while I can take out Queen Iseria, considerably the hardest boss in the game in a few rounds (pulling down her huge amount of HP to about 35-40 per cent when cast Spell/Might Reinforce beforehand with all the character performing their specials)

But ... Hamsters ... ?

I thought about him, but honestly Boogerman was just way wackier.

I always choose Boogerman over Earthworm Jim in discussions like this, since the were both made by the same developers.

But, just for the record ...

In Earthworm Jim 2, nothing was better than beating a level and seeing a picture frame with a cow announcing "Well Done".

The PC versions were a little different too, in the first one, if you'd stand still for awhile (you know how games are, you stand still and the character does something) sometimes Jim would unzip his pants, turn his back to the screen and all of a sudden you'd see a golden trail flying from his lower body.

Boogerman was definitely the... grosser of the two games, but as far as gameplay went Jim would win that battle.

Boogerman was another one of those "...they actually bothered to make a game about this?" titles.

I cannot believe it took three pages for this game to be mentioned. Supposedly, it helps relieve stress...

I have another one of those:

Toilet Kids for the PC Engine.

The plot is simple. A kid is sucked down his toilet, and must battle evil shit. Literally.

More like relieves it and causes about a ton more confusion than said stress.

I saw a picture of one of the cut scenes from Toilet Kids.

Suffice it to say that there's no way in HELL this would have made it over to America. JJ and Jeff only had a bit of poo compared to this.
