| It's times like these I'm glad I use the Google toolbar. Just for fun, I went to his profile and allowed pop ups, then I quickly disallowed them again. I watched as the number of pop-up blocks just went flying. I now have 32086 blocked now.  |

| Hmm, it didn't open a ton of popups for me ... just one that lagged for a few seconds and that I was able to close before anything else happened ... but it did open up my CD drive |

And this is EXACTLY why I have IE set to prompt me on ALL instances of Active X scripting for any sites not in my trusted list. When I said, "No" to the prompt asking if I want to run Active X scripts, all I got was a blank page.  |

| Don't check Lihaed's profile either. They have crap in their header & sig that screw things up. Crashed my comp. I think it's time to seriously consider making layouts be something that have to be earned, just like custom titles. Too many morons are abusing them. |

And this is EXACTLY why I have Mozilla which has no ActiveX support (which is good, nobody ever uses that for anything good) and Proxomitron for blocking all manner of popups, banners, etc. If I were to view the profile (had it not been edited out by now) all I'd get is a plain old profile, some popup code turned into useless code, and a coupla useless ActiveX tags. |
