Wrongo Colleen, getting a pass is next to impossible. Rather, if you have a genuine interest in the gaming industry, you can sit in on the panel debates/discussions about the future of gaming. Mind you, you have to fill out a form, have some paperwork to back up you are a student or investor in the gaming industry, and then pay inbetween 350-400...

E3 has it's own website or something, I think. It's literally press-only, except in cases where special guests attend. There is no way the average person could get inside. And there's no way "ppl" can sneak inside either

Erm, I was talking about having a pass through contacts/etc. See: PopStar, Kirby.

Scalpers don't exactly sell those things.

Oh, let us not forget KOF: Maximum Impact. For those of you who don't know, it's an all-new 3D KOF. I'm a bit skeptical, however, because it's a serious that seems strictly geared towards the mechanics of a 2D fighting game.

I get to go to E3. Its I think from May 12-13. Kirby Popstar is taking me. YAY! I have to check in with him. I will write a thread on it when I get back. I am looking to the Zelda games and Kingdom Hearts more than anything.

Let's just have Kirby take the WHOLE BOARD to E3. That would be divine.

Note to Nintendo: If the rumors are true and *IF* you're showing Kid Icarus for the GameCube, two things - way to go and it's about frigging time.

You know, my E3 report and the pictures is sort of my own little way of taking the whole board with me. (Which I wish I could really do! )

I too heard something about a new Kid Icarus, and flipped... if it's not just a rumour, I think Nintendo deserves and pat on the back.

Oh, and there's supposed to be a new Kirby game for GameCube!!! But... what could it be?

And least that's if I remember correctly. But my memory sucks, so don't count on it

E3 starts in May.

Presumably, the Ninja Gaiden online tourney will begin on that same date in paid due respects to the E3 show in LA next month. Should be a good one... or good oneS!

The rumors always start when questioning how I get in.

Actually, my dad used to work on the TV show Buffy the Vampire Slayer, doing the make-up for various characters as well as deamons and stuff. (Now he's doing "Cold Case" since Buffy ended, but that's another story) Anyway, Gary Barth http://www.mobygames.com/developer/sheet/view/developerId,23119/, was on the set of the show for whatever reason. He not only works for Sony, but he runs some sort of Make-Up Magazine as a hobby. Since my dad became friendly with him, my dad connected him up with stuff in the Make-Up business, and in return, Gary offered us E3 tickets. (I guess he's a high enough person at Sony Computer Entertainment of America to get as many tickets as he wants.) Now every year, he gives me and my friends the ultimate hook-up. So, that's my industry connection, abridged version anyway.

As Colleen mentioned above, most of the general things from E3 will be seen on various gaming news sites online. The unique thing about my E3 reports, however, is I tend to get things that someone not going to E3 wouldn't otherwise have a chance to see. (Such as videos of the Nintendo girls dancing, or a picture of Jimmy-T making a fool of himself.) Also, I may get screen shots or videos of footage that nobody else took. So, it's really just a fun look through my eyes at what E3 is all about.

Edit: Ack! Angelfire background removed. -N

E3 is less than a week away and my hands are sweaty with anticipation. There are many games I want to see and at the top of that list is Kingdom Hearts 2 obviously. I also want to see Devil May Cry 3, Paper Mario 2, Mario 128(if its not there Im gonna be very mad at Nintendo), GTA San Adreas, Halo 2, Altered Beast, FF 12, oh Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories, and many many others!

SION CANT WAIT!!!!!!!

Kirby: I say you get one more ticket, hold a contest to see who gets it, and rig it so that I win.

I'll see what I can get on it.

Whether they show Super Mario 128 or not, it's exciting to know that within the next week, the Nintendo DS will be revealed... among tons of other things!
