The following is a dramatic simulation of actual events:

---------

Friends: Hey! Let's play Tekken Tag Tournament!
Me: Ok!

(23 Seconds Later...)

Friend: WUT TEH F**K?!? HOWD JOO BEAT ME SOO FASt?
Me: I used Yoshimitsu's stab when...
Friend: Marvel Vs. Capcom. GO!

(12 Seconds Later....}

Me: Pwned!
Friend: OMFGOMFGOMFGOMFGOMFG!!!!!
-------------

Thus, gave birth to the "Jeff Cheat", a nonexistent cheat they blame when I completely crush them at something.

Okay, I've played Super Mario Kart: Double Dash! at two parties so far, and it is now undoubtedly one of my favorite group activities. So many times, I remember careening down the track with a chomp on a chain, smashing the everloving-shit out of every last opponent, laughing sadisticly all the way.

Fun for me, irritating for others. Even moreso when I get another chomp not even one lap later.

My friend brings Halo, and then that will usualy be it next to SSBM. Sadly, they are all extremly biased and god forbid I throw in a fun game into the mix like, oh I don't know...Nintendo Puzzle Collection, Kiby's Avalanche, F-Zero X...they're all "omg old gamez u sukz". Occasionaly that GCN Golden Eye...the first one, gets thrown into the mix. Somtimes on xbox. But until I can get more than one of my friend to be less biased on games, yeah.

Usually, if I have a bunch of people over wanting to play something, we bust out the dice and role-play...whether it be WhiteWolf or AD&D depends whom all is present.

When I've been over at other people's, I've seen DDR more often than not. Now...if I could learn to use m' legs to dance, I'd be set at that game.

My friend and I are both crazy good at SFII:Turbo, so we had a little tournament, where you had to beat someone twice in a row. So me and my friend beat our other six friends in two matches flat a piece. Then it got to me v my friend and it took us an hour to finally get my friend to beat me twice in a row. My friends never let me play SF anymore.

Contras a crazy fun game with two people, you can get some really intense actoin where you're yelling at your friend and your friend's yelling at you and you both die cause you aren't paying atention to what you're doing, just what your friend's not doing.

If I'm hostong, I mug someone and get Goldeneye or any Mario Kart game. If my gf's there, we just use her copy of Mario Party 4. One of her friends's ex also had SSBM. But we'd need his GC, because it was the import.

Oh, and you CAN'T forget DDR.

The party game to end ALL party games is Eye Toy as anyone on earth can play it, no controls to learn and it gets MUCH funnier the drunker people are, especially Eye Toy Groove with the freestyle section

Eye Toy, eh?

My friends and I don't play games drunk (though I've heard Kingdom Hearts is wicked fun when you're drunk)...

Melee, baby. Melee is just the bomb. It's still my fav GCN game. I don't play it as much as I usually do, but...It's still sweet.

Double Dash!! and Crystal Chronicles definitely take second for me, too.

Mario Party 5 WOULD be fun if I wasn't the only of my friends who actually PLAYED it.
