One Thing I Find Odd Is When I See Folks Capitalizing The First Letter Of Every Word. It's Very Disorienting, And A Subtle Annoyance.

I like that kind of text, personally. If the smaller caps were actually smaller [50% the regular cap size] it wouldn't be so bad.

My cousin even used to have that in his post layout ... it still looked a bit weird, though, because the text is still too uppercase

But it can look cool at times ...

I Hate When People Do That...alThOuGH iT'S nOt As BaD AS toTalLy RanDoM CaPITaLIZaTioN.

all lowercase usually doesn't bother me though...unless it's combined with zillions of misspellings and grammatical errors, with no punctuation.

People usually do it sometimes when they are angry or sarcastic... or when they think it's cool.

That the problem with most "pig latin internet languages", some thinks it's cool and overuse it.
