| neo's asking whether or not your IP changes every time you go online. If your IP stays the same no matter how many times you connect/disconnect to the Internet, then it's a static IP. If it changes every time you connect, you have a dynamic IP. | |||

A dynamic IP might cause trouble, but it's hard to say. Mine's dynamic but only changes like once a year.  |

| my IP is dynamic but I haven't run into much trouble yet..you'll just run into tracker problems for the most part because you may need to reverify your IP to the tracker. |
