| The fishing pole fell over crashed into the glass which smashed and hit the guy, this killed him. Maybe he was using his hands to talk while talking on the phone (maybe he was practicing sign language while he was talking or he was so used to using his hands while talking) and he smashed the other pane of glass with the hand. | |||
