| Hmm. The taxi driver couldn't have been planning to kill the man before he heard the destination, and the man didn't know he was going to be killed, so the destination must be somewhere important to the taxi driver specifically. How about this: The taxi driver knows/suspects his wife is having an affair with someone. This man enters the taxi and asks to be taken to, say, 123 main street. The taxi driver lives at 123 main street, though, so now he knows who's been fooling around with his wife, and enraged, he takes the man out to a deserted area and kills him. | |||

| Im asuming you mean die not drive, because what does driving have to do with it. My guess is that he was on the phone, it was late at night so noone could see he was in there, some teenagers were throwing rocks at the phonebooth for fun, one of the rocks ended up hitting the phonebooth, smashed one of the windows, hit the man whose head hit and smashed the other window and the man fell to the ground (dead) the handset was left swinging because he didnt get the chance to hang up |
