| I have never heard this one before, but here's my guess: Jack's thermos contained the liquid equivalent of mustard gas, or some very dangerous acid. He convinced John to drink it while they were in the tub. The acid/drink did not take effect until he had gotten out of the tub, and it burned through his skin when he got into the misty room... either that or the acid in his body reacted with what was in the mist and then it burned through him. One way or another, that drink burned through him. |

| Alright...I'll try this idea. Turkish Bath...I'm thinking a Sauna type place. Everyone except soon-to-be-dead John left the Sauna early, and locked the door by accident. He tried to get out by charging the door, but he couldn't get through. Then, some glass from the door broke off and pierced him good. Note: I'm not good with these, but I might get lucky soon. |

So say the thermos was stuck in the freezer before Jack went to the spa. The water or whatever in it is frozen now... when they go in the steam room, only he and John are there. Jack could have made a sharp object out of the ice, and then stabbed John in the heart. And the reason they couldn't find the weapon: the ice melted. |

| Wild guess, but hopefully it's right: The storm was moving in the same direction they were... and it must've been a big storm. However, it was also slow moving for the most part. They walked into the storm... so when it began raining, they had reached the start of the storm, and the 4 men were running entirely through it, while the last guy slowed down and stayed behind it.
