I'm looking to keep people from changing the settings I put on google for image searching. Is there any way to block people from getting there? Pretty much I'm trying to keep people from using google ony my computer to find adult images.

Same here.
Filters and programs like NetNanny might be what you want, but mostly they can be stopped easily:
The person has admin status -> bleh
Person can boot from a disk or a CD, if the BIOS is not protected -> bleh
(And even if, removed the battery, no BIOS password anymore ) -> bleh
Not every image might apply on the filters.

If an image is named hotsex.bmp, it might work, but largemoomoo.bmp or longjohn.bmp will not work
Give no person admin status if possible. This might not block adult images, but can prevent damaging the computer; or remove their internet access powers if they do that too often.

Is there any kinda of free version of this net nanny? I only want to block the preferences page. I'll let the google image filter do the rest.

Depending on these peoples' computer-saviness, you might get away with just getting Proxomitron and making a filter to kill the preferences link. (And it kills ads too!)

Step 1
Step 2
Make sure you actually test it too, and set the preferences how you want them before implementing the filter.
