| your best bet would be PMing someone who has said in the past that they have the ROM. I'm sure a few people have. Check in General Emulation. and no, I don't emulate the N64 because my emulation computer sucks too much. |

However, they ARE responsible for things you may do in the public area. So, in other words, they don't care if you PM rom locations or things of the like to others. They just can't let you do it here. Besides, the government SHOULD have a lot of other issues to keep them occupied right now anyway. |
