He notices a small fier, and sees a dark shadow standing near it. Dejan : SO are you the challenger i am here to face? Dejan unsheaths his sword, and buckles his sheild to his arm. | [OOC: Welcome Back, Dejan!] Instead of a grim response, Dejan is greeted by... Kari: "Hiya there! What can I do for you?" Kari Chailin notices that Dejan has his sword and shield armed. It appears to be time for a fight... Kari: "YEE-HAH! If it's a fight you want, I'll be happy to oblige..." She eagerly adjusts the massive gourd on her back, and waits for Dejan to make the first move... |

| ((sorry, but did you used to have a different name, or are you just being nice...)) Dejan is a little suprised by the eagerness with which she awaits a battle. Dejan : It seems you are eager to battle, but i must warn you, i will not hold back even for a girl. Dejan holds out his sword parallel to the ground, and softly chants a spell. His sword gains a faint red glow. Dejan : Fire Blade! Dejan swings his sword horizontally, and a bright flame engulfs the blade, it also sends a wave of flames towards his newfound opponent. |

OOC: The Artist formerly known as Thresher.  The cork speedily pops off of Kari's gourd. From within it, the crystal clear water erupts forcefuly from the gourd. The water rushes in front of Dejan's attack, extinguishing the flames almost immediately. The water then ebbs and flows around her feet, almost as if it were alive... Kari: "Hmm...seems like someone needs a crash course on the power that DiEns wield..." The water around Kari rises up around her, then rushes at Dejan forcefully... |

| ((Thresher.....What is up man?)) Dejan jumps backwards, nearly becoming engulfed by the rushing water. He lands on the ground, but is picked up by the wave as it subsides, which brings him closer to Kari. Dejan : My that's a useful little trick. May i ask how it works? Just out of curiosity. Dejan leaps backwards, and holds his sheild out in front of him, while chanting a spell. He lands on the ground, and a beam of sunlight from the trees hits his sheild. The light is reflected and magnified, creating a beam of super solar energy that heads directly at Kari. |

| OOC: Developing new characters... Kari: "It's called Hydromancing. I can control water with my will, and...YEOWCH!" Kari's explanation had almost distracted her a bit too much, letting her arm be singed by Dejan's heat beam... Kari: "Damn, that's hot... Alright, buddy. It's on now!" "Water Shark Blast!" The water gathers together in front of Kari, and forms into the shape of a large, snapping shark. With a barely audible growl, the water shark speeds at Dejan in a kamakaze-like manner. |

| ((I see. Well i'm back, so we can llok forwards to loads more of these fun little battles, and maybe even a story or two...)) Dejan is caught of guard by the water shark, and it careens into him, sending him syublimg backwards. The force knocks the wind out of him, and his sheild is sent flying. Dejan : A most powerful technique. I must say that i have never encountered such an ability before, and it is an honor to test my strength against that which i haven't been tested. Dejan jumps to his feet, breathing heavily, and raises his sword into the air. He holds the sword above his head with both hands on the hilt. Suddenly the sky begins to grow dark as he mutters a spell. The wind picks up, and there is a drop in temperature. A blinding light streaks from the clouds and strikes the sword. There is a thunderous boom as the lightning subsides. Credis then lowers the blade. He takes a step forward, and as he does so swings the sword towards the sky in an arc. a string of lightning bolts strike the ground continuosly as they head towards Kari. |
