I have been looking on PHP.net but I didnt find anything for manual...

Im assuming its something along the lines of...

mysql_query("EXPORT database dbname") or exit("Error with Export!");

Any help would be appreciated. I found a script on how to do it automatic but I would like it manual too. Im adding this to the admin panel.

Looks like its a bit more complicated than that. Here are some examples of how others have done it.

How To Backup Your MySQL Database With PHP: http://www.devpapers.com/article/55
MySQL Database Backup Function: http://codewalkers.com/seecode/46.html
backupDB() Custom Function: http://www.silisoftware.com/scripts/?scriptname=backupDB
MySQL Backup Class: http://www.phpclasses.org/browse/package/1066.html

Of course, you would have to customize these to fit your needs.
