| Raiko saw everything, his eyes had picked up on Garro's movements and he even saw what happened next. Dark Pheonix appeared right in front of Garro as Ex summoned up the power, he had changed into a Garro look-a-like and had been taken by the attack instead. Raiko snapped out in time to see that a blast was headed his way, he started to panic as a barrier rose around him, but this time, it seemed to deflect everything straight up. Garro was completely and utterly uneffected. Scattered remains of dark fire were spread out over the room. They flared to life and came together, but with it, a lot of Ex's energy came to, in fact, all of the energy she had just used came with the fire and formed into a small ball in the air. ???: "Nice Ex... Indeed very powerful, multiple strikes at a very high level of power, but it lacks style and skill. Far to raw to be used effectively." The ball got bigger and Dark Pheonix formed. He had taken Garro's place at the last second to make sure he wasn't going to die, and to get a nice power boost. Dark Pheonix: "Yes Ex, our powers are very close. To fight you at full power one day would be worth it, but I doubt that day will ever come." Dark Pheonix disappeared again, he is getting quite good isn't he? Star: "Damn... can't stand physics." Star managed to flip over the attack at the last second and got away, but he knew that he couldn't over power this guy very easily. Especially while he kept thinking of Riea and Raiko. Star: "How about this... We don't use any powers and just have a duel. Weapon to weapon. Man to man." Star held his sword out, hoping this would actually work. A few billion years of messing with a sword had to give him some advantage after all. |

| Ex had fallen asleep as soon as she had finished her attack. In her dream, she heard a voice... Dark Pheonix: "Yes Ex, our powers are very close. To fight you at full power one day would be worth it, but I doubt that day will ever come." Then, she heard another voice... Star: "Damn... can't stand physics." After a while, the voice spoke again. Star: "How about this... We don't use any powers and just have a duel. Weapon to weapon. Man to man." Ex was starting to wonder if... ... Ex jumped back on her feet! Ex: "But what am I doing?!? I'm sleeping on the job!" Ex turned to Garro. Ex: "Huh?!? What the... it looks like you were not damaged!... maybe... maybe that dream wasn't a dream after all! Anyway, you're lucky Dark Phoenix intervened... but he won't always be there to save you." Ex smiled. Ex: "I still feel a bit tired... but I'm sure I can still take you!... if you still wish to fight after seeing my power, that is." Ex *thinks* Actually, I wouldn't mind if that battle ended. I fail to see a point to continuing this fight... and anyway, I'm not sure I could repeat the feat I just did... and even if I could, the Laws of Physics would distort the attack's effect and Dark Phoenix would probably appear again to cancel it out... ... During this time... ... NeoBowser laughed again... NeoBowser: "Actually... THIS is my real form... but you wouldn't be able to understand. Only Serra and Siryx would be able to understand... but why speak about something that the very Creator of this Universe erased from your memory? | Bel's shadow returned to normal as NeoBowser appeared at the opposite end of the crystal. He stood there, seemingly meditating... he was absorbing Bel's negative feelings. NeoBowser: "Don't worry... once I'm out of here, I'll thank you for what you have done by reforging your soul. You won't have to deal with the guilt that you'll feel when you'll realise that thanks to your foolishness, you allowed me to return to a power great enough to conquer the Universe." |

| OFF: This post could or could not pose problems... see, NeoBowser has a little something called the "Pact of the Great Sale". This little something allows NeoBowser to make angels Fall at his will. In short, unless angels do what he say, he can invert the Light within them, turning them into Fallen Angels. While the Inversion doesn't make any real difference in truth (in fact, the only difference is that their physical appearance and aura is altered)... angels still consider Falling to be much, MUCH worse than death. Using the angels' fear of falling, NeoBowser can manipulate angels... but unlike in his home Possibility, NeoBowser is not powerful enough to control more than one angel soul at a time since the Trident cannot store them (it was damaged during the Inter Possibility jump). As such, NeoBowser cannot grow in power (well... not much) by stealing angel souls. NOTE #1: NeoBowser's Inversion is not permanent. If NeoBowser cannot possess the soul of the angel he just turned into a Fallen One, the angel will return to normal 24 hours later. NOTE #2: Since NeoBowser's Inversion isn't permanent, angels that studied NeoBowser's behaviour and know about this power of his ignore his threats... but NeoBowser's threats can impress ignorant angels. ____________________________________________________________________ NeoBowser: "Heeheehee... hahaha... muwahahaha... MUWAHAHAHA! MUWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!" NeoBowser laughed like the maniac he is. His laugh was completely terrifying... it pierced trought Bel's and the Guardian Angel's souls, erasing all courage within them and inducing them with complete terror... NeoBowser: "YOU FOOLS! What kind of idiot would present an Angel to NeoBowser, bearer of the Pact of the Great Sale?!? You just doomed your friend, Bel... thanks to you, this Angel is now mine!" NeoBowser continued to laugh... he truly seemed insane... NeoBowser: "Ha... ha... ha... HA! This is so easy... What need is it for me to have power when all my foes are complete, uther morons?" NeoBowser pointed the Trident at Bel and stopped laughing. NeoBowser: "Anyway... I don't have all day. Now! Angel! You shall give me your soul or you WILL Fall and become a spawn of the Dark Abyss! You do not want that, do you? After all... what good is a soul next to the Grace of Light? Surrender yourself to your master and allow me to bless you with neverending Light..." Could it be possible? A bright aura appeared around the Trident... NeoBowser wasn't lying! He DOES have the power of the Pact! He was right! He CAN control angels!... which means that unless Bel send the Guardian Angel where she came from ASAP, she will become NeoBowser's slave or become a demonic Fallen Angel. | OFF: I don't think so. Their bodies are merged... but souls cannot be merged. As such, if the angel agrees to sell her soul to NeoBowser, Bel will share control of the merged body with NeoBowser unstead of sharing it with the angel. If they separate, NeoBowser lose control on Bel... but the angel body becomes NeoBowser's puppet. Also, if NeoBowser use his light to corrupt the angel, both Bel and the angel will be inverted if they're still merged... the difference is that if they separate, Bel will instantly return to normal while the angel will have to wait 24 hours like if he wouldn't have been merged. |

As you can clearly see, you cannot not fill me with power! If you send me negative feelings, I grow stronger. If you send me negative feelings, I grow stronger. In both cases, you lose!" NeoBowser smiled... NeoBowser: "Now... I assume you'll stand here and let my power come back by itself, don't you? Blinded by your pride, you will prefer to let me get my power back by absorbing your feelings rather than step on your pride and accept that you fell in my trap." |

| A spark appeared inbetween Bel and NeoBowser, Dark Pheonix came from the spark. Dark Pheonix: "You two are being slow... So... you'll burn in here, and NeoBowser... You'll never be able to recharge in this crystal, it saps your energy the entire time." Dark Pheonix closed his wings as fire began to erupt from them. The fire spins around a little then spreads out, consuming them, but also breaking the crystal and throwing them out, saving their lives. Dark Pheonix: "A little more than I thought..." Dark Pheonix disappears. |

That Dark Phoenix did that on purpose. I REALLY doubt it was a real mistake. I wonder why he continue to play with me like that?
