| OFF: Flesh or metal, as long as it's wielder has a soul, Dark Weapon doesn't make the difference. Dracoon can think and feel on his own and as such, can received messages and use Dark Weapon (altought he is unable to use Dark Weapon's special abilities since they can only be used by "Ex" beings or Anti-Exs such as Serra, Siryx, and their children). ____________________________________________________________________ Dark Weapon: "Serra... I was created by the Hunters. Flesh or metal... it's all the same. What matters is whenever the wielder has a soul... and if Dracoon can think and feel on his own, then he has a soul." ... Unfortunately, the back-up data had already been overwritten. It seems that the data had been overwritten during the download. In short, it was a "silent install" process. The pictures and sounds were only there to confirm the virus's successful installation. Dark Weapon *using telepathy*: "Bah! Don't worry guys! The original data is safe. Just delete that stupid virus at once and I'll put the original program back inside. Moral of the story: scan your discs using an independant computer BEFORE putting it into the mainframe! | OoC Yeah, going through this with Schwa too, no soul. Serra: "Thats it though, he doesn't have a soul." Serra was rushed onto the bridge and started to talk to Stacice, trying to help her. All at once, the ship stopped dead. Star: "Apparently Dracoon just did..." Dracoon seemed to unplug himself and as he did, the ship started to work again, but several things had been changed. Dracoon: "I saved the backup data myself as soon as I got onto the ship. I've also made changes for effiency." Dracoon walked out of the command center without any delay. |

| Dracoon stopped and looked at Serra, but more closely at Dark Weapon. Dracoon: "Yes Dark Weapon... A machine, thats what they all said. I'm not like you or any other living creature, not like any other machine either. I have no programming. At least, anymore. I run off of my own experiences. i do whats best, and I decide. At least I know I'll have more control over my life than any life form." Dracoon attempted to walk around them, not sure what Dark Weapon was planning this time. |

| OFF: Unless Serra resist Dark Weapon's influence, she will slash Dracoon once. If he really lack a soul (read: cannot think on his own), he will be killed instantly. In short, it could be possible that Dracoon would be destroyed... but is it truly the same Dracoon as in the last RP involving Serra? Judging from your posts in your most recent Sim-battles involving Dracoon, it may seem that this is not the same Dracoon that helped Serra defeat NeoBowser... ____________________________________________________________________ Dark Weapon: "HA! He doesn't even know he said that! He can make no decision, he can never gain any experience! To be souless is to be total, complete emptiness! He is nothing but an animal made of metal! See what I have to say about him having control over his life!" Dark Weapon attempted to force Serra to slash Dracoon. If Dracoon was really devoid of any conscious tought as he claimed, this would cut him in half instantly (read: instant-kill) no matter what material he was made of and no matter what shielding protected him. | OOC This is the same one in Ragnarok, but I do think Dracoon has changed since the last one. Dracoon took out his beam sword and blocked the slash, raising his buster cannon to Dark Weapon. Dracoon: "Maybe you should learn what a soul is before you start to think you're a god." Dracoon shot once, knocking Dark Weapon back, he grabbed Serra's wrist so Dark Weapon wouldn't be able to move. Dracoon: "I've never been alive, therefore I can't have a soul. I live to serve myself, everyone else that gets help is just lucky. I choose my fate and I don't need a weapon telling me I'm just a machine that is controlled by programs. I make my own choices." |

| However... Dracoon's attempt at blocking Dark Weapon was in vain and Dark Weapon passed right trought the beam sword, striking Dracoon! Thus, all of his blocking maneuvers were in vain. However, Dracoon's armor, unstead of being cut in two, was simply scratched. Yes, Dark Weapon had manipulated her wielder into striking... but it was a weak attack, just to see if Dracoon was souless like he has said earlier... Dark Weapon *using telepathy*: "Dracoon... it seems you have passed my test. This was all a test... you should have seen it coming." Dark Weapon paused. Dark Weapon *using telepathy*: "Becease you can think and feel on your own... you are alive and have a soul. It doesn't matter if you're a robot or not... what matters is if you're thinking or not. Since you can think... you have a soul. It is as simple as that." Dark Weapon laughed. Dark Weapon *using telepathy*: "This is why you can hear me.... and I know you do. As for me saying that you are an animal and controlling my wielder... it was all part of my experiment. I wanted to see if you had feelings... and you do have feelings. Your anger stopped me from cutting you in two... it revealed your consciousness." Dark Weapon suddenly seemed... uneasy. Dark Weapon *using telepathy*: "However... as I entered in contact with your soul, I was rather... shocked. For half a second... I could see your memories and feelings... and I saw that you are NOT Dracoon. You are his brother, a younger brother. Unlike him, you have not yet broke free of the rules of robotics that binds this body. Your consciousness is still the slave of the programs within this body unstead of rewritting them and using them to your advantage." Dark Weapon paused again. Dark Weapon *using telepathy*: "Serra is obviously not the only one who needs to power-up here. Serra has not enough power to face Dreickonis yet... and so do you! In your current state, you are way too easy to manipulate mentally! You are so dependant on your programs that you can hardly feel any feeling unless thrown in an extreme situation. This is bad... really bad. You'll need to work around this before the end of this journey! Anyway..." Dark Weapon forced Serra to let go of him. Dark Weapon landed on the floor with a loud "CLANG!". Dark Weapon *using telepathy*: "Serra... I'm sorry for manipulating you a bit. I hope you'll understand why I did this... anyway... for now, I must rest. That alarm gave me a headache which means that I'll have to do some repairs. Good night." Dark Weapon took the form of a pendant and then closed it's eye. |

| The computer took a lot less time to download all the data on this disc than the main computer had took to load the other disc's data. Then, when it finished loading, text appeared on the screen: ============================================================ GUARDIANS SECRET FILES This file is to be delivered to Dreickonis and ONLY to Dreickonis. Report #3205121 (by agent Epsilon) Everything is going according to plan. We have found the second Good Element, the element of Power, in the depths of this Possibility's Dimension 8. Funnily enough, it was hidden within the Champion's Trophy. Unfortunately, the Good Element was guarded by a terrible Mewtwo Wraith, the raging spirit that is strangely similar to the Dimension's Dark King, Mewtwo. Becease of the Wraith's power, we left the Trophy where it was. Until Operation "Climax" has been completed, we do not need the Good Element... and we doubt any mortal could overcome the Mewtwo Wraith anyway. Of course, as you had intructed, we have established a hidden base in the Silver Mountain to the west of the Indigo Plateau (where the Good Element is located). If any mortal was to try and remove the Element from the Trophy and actually succeed without getting beaten up to a pulp by the Wraith, I, as well as agent Belzethos, will be ready to intervene. NOTE: According to the info we gathered, in order to defeat the Mewtwo Wraith, 8 magical keys know as the "Badges" must be found and a body to trap the Wraith in is also needed. The keys must be obtained by finding and defeating various humans know as "Gym Leaders". These humans are only ordinary humans... but they have terribly powerful monsters at their command. Do NOT let the monsters' appearance fool you! The monsters range from puny Beta level to as high as Omega level! Each "Gym Leader" is hiding in a different city somewhere on the north-east continent. Furthermore, they're always hiding, only showing up to people who met certain conditions. As such, while we were able to locate them a few times, we were unable to send sufficient numbers of soldiers to defeat them since they're so elusive. As for the body... we gathered info and it seems that a man named "Giovanni" may know the exact DNA sequence that must be used to create a new body for the Wraith. The Wraith is invincible as long as it is in spirit form; only by reuniting the Wraith to the newly created body will the Wraith become vulnerable. Since the Dark King Mewtwo doesn't seem to exist in this Possibility (we do not count the Mewtwo Wraith as an actual version of him), Giovanni's influence grown at an incredible rate since this Possibility lacks a greater force to limit his growth. As such, Giovanni should be eliminated as soon as possible for if left alone, he could someday become a threat to our plan of total world domination. For now, his organisation, "Team Rocket", shall be labbelled as a "Alpha level threat, potentially Delta level threat". In short, minor annoyance for now... major threat if left alone. NOTE #2: In case this disc would fall into enemy hands, we still equipped this disc with a special chip that will transmit this data to you even tought it may be loaded into an enemy computer. It will also transmit the location of the enemy to you, allowing you to send troops to take care of the enemy. As such, do not worry... should the enemy get this critical informations, they will be terminated soon after. Nothing to fear, in short! =END OF REPORT= PS: I know that Belzethos is a good agent... but could you have improved his mental abilities AT LEAST a little when you made a clone of him? I can't bear it anymore! He's SO stupid! AAAARG! | Stacice looked at the report carefully. Suddenly, she got up and shouted. Stacice: "All right everyone we're heading to another deminsion!" Stacice ran over the helms-man and told him to push certain buttons in a certain order. He nodded and pressed them, and everything seemed to freeze. Serra: "You're right. Lets just hope Stacice knows what she's doing." Everything moved against and the silence went away. Stacice: "Ok we're there, but um... I'm going to scout around before we enter orbit." Stacice went back to the captain's seat and began to press buttons quickly on the keyboard. She looked up at Serra and back at the screen, then she started laughing. Serra: "Whats going on?" Stacice: "Oh sorry *snicker* but.. *cough* you look *snicker* just like a harmless creature of this planet." Stacice held her laughter in the best she could while Serra looked at the screen. | OFF: Major plot twist! Also, here is how the story will progress in this second chapter: Basically, there are two separate parties that will have their own seperate adventures but that will return together to face the end of chapter's boss enemy. Serra, Siryx, Sarah, and Drake will explore Dimension 8's planet. Bel, Dracoon, Statice, and all the others will face the Guardians on the artificial planet at the edge of the solar system. NOTE: There's a ____________________________________________________________________ The ship faded into existance, on orbit above Dimension 8's Earth. Everything went normally apparently... but then, Siryx felt rather... uneasy... Siryx: "That's weird... this feeling... it's familiar... and I do NOT like this feeling..." Then, suddenly, there was a blinding light and then, Serra, Siryx, and their children vanished. ... During this time... ... Siryx looked around. He was in a forest, next to a river. His head hurts so much... Siryx: "Oooow... what the... what happened?!?" ???: "Ha! There you are! I was so worried. You had hit your head so hard... I wondered when you would awaken." Siryx: "Huh? Who are you? Show yourself!" Siryx looked around. The forest... it felt familiar for a reason he couldn't determine. There was something with this forest... the trees shouldn't be THIS tall. Everything around him seemed huge for some reason... ???: "You seem positively terrified. Did you see a trainer or what?" Siryx: "Show yourself!" ???: "Hmph! So stubborn..." There was the sound of something jumping out the water. Siryx turned around to face the source of the sound... It was some kind of yellow mouse. Siryx: "Hmph! Just a pikachu..." ???: "What do you mean, just a pikachu? Do you think you're sooo much better?" Siryx: "Where's Serra? Where are the others? What is this place?" ???: "Again? I already told you! It was just a dream! Weapons that change shape... speaking the human language... all that is non-sense! You're just a regular raichu and you know it!" Siryx: "WHAT?!? WHAT DID YOU SAID?!?" Siryx ran toward the river and stared into his reflection. He was praying that this light was NOT what he was thinking about... but unfortunately, his reflection proved his worst fear. Unstead of seeing the reflection of a tall, handsome humanoid raichu, he saw the somewhat fat and very animal-looking figure of a common raichu. Siryx: "That light... must have been a DNA Splitter blast!" ???: "That non-sense again!" Siryx: "Mister pokemon..." ???: "HEY! I'm a female!... and I do have a name! I'm Zarpy!" Siryx: "Whatever! Did you saw a certain someone called Serra? Also... did you seen a human around here? A human that looks identical to me exept that he's well, human?" Zarpy: "Listen! All those are hallucinations! I always knew that you wouldn't completely recover from that fall..." Siryx *thinks* Nope! She really doesn't believe me. I have to find Serra as soon as possible! If this blast really was a DNA Splitter blast... then she must have been transformed as well!... and as such, the Guardians must know our locations! Our chances of survival will be better if we're together... and searching for our equipment will be easier since Soul Eraser is obviously gone... and if Soul Eraser is gone, then Serra's Dark Weapon must be gone as well! ... During this time... ... The first thing Serra noticed, before even noticing where she was, was that Dark Weapon had somehow became much, MUCH bigger and much, MUCH heavier. In fact, it was so heavy Serra had difficulties lifting it... Then, she noticed that she felt... more fat? Closer inspection shown that indeed, she had somehow grown more fat. Her hands no longer had opposable tumbs (which is probably why lifting Dark Weapon is so difficult) either. In fact, her hands looked like the paws of a pikachu... and with her fatty stomach and short legs, she truly looked like one! Dark Weapon seemed terrified by Serra for some reason. Serra sensed that it was speaking to her... but she couldn't hear it's voice for a strange reason. Someone called Serra... the voice came from behind. ???: "Hey! Serra! Sarah! Drake! What are you doing there?" It was finally then that Serra noticed two pichus that were just as confused as she was. ???: "Do not just STAND there! We're waiting for you!" ... During this time... ... ZZZZ! CLANG!CLANG!CLANG! ???: "Sir! A report!" Dreickonis: "Speak at once, slave!" ???: "Your idea of using the DNA Splitter was a success, sir!" Dreickonis: "HUH?!? What do you mean? I didn't give the order to fire it!" ???: "Then... it wasn't you that splitted their DNA, sir?" Dreickonis: "I am the one who asks the questions, not you! Learn your place at once, worm! Now, tell me! You say that the enemies were teleported as if struck by the DNA Splitter?" ???: "Indeed!" Dreickonis: "And yet... it was not fired... so very strange..." ???: "Indeed, sir! Shall I investigate?" Dreickonis: "Yes do so." CLANG!CLANG!CLANG! ZZZZ! Dreickonis: "Hmm... I believe I saw a case like that before... but why can't I remember? Hmm... must be unimportant I guess." | OoC No, nothing wrong with it... Just makes me wonder though, if their DNA was split adn there is 3 parts to Serra, human, pikachu, and Ex, then where are the other two parts? I have another little thing, not sure if you'll like it, but if it disrupts the story I'll easily be able to change it. Stacice: "What just happened!?!?" Star, Stacice, and Nino sat on the bridge trying to figure out what had happened. Dracoon: "I've found them, but I can't teleport them up. Their DNA isn't recorded properly in the system." Stacice: "What do you mean? We have all their DNA." Dracoon: "They've been changed somehow... I lost the lock, there is to much interference here..." Star: "We wait then, at least till we know whats going on." Nino: "Can't one of us go down there? I mean, we wouldn't stick out to badly." Dracoon, Stacice, and Star looked at her. Each one practically screaming in their minds. "WE would stick out, but YOU would look somewhat normal." Nino: "Umm... what are you looking at?" Star: "Hun... have you ever thought about being the first one of us to go onto a different planet and help us?" Stacice: "Me and Star can't go, he's never putting down that sword, and I'm never leaving my ship. We don't even need to say why Dracoon can't." Dracoon nodded as he began to insert commands on a computer. Nino: "What, you want me to go down there!? Star: "You're the most capable of it." Nino: "I can't even cast magic anymore, Earth was destroyed and my powers have finally faded." Stacice: "Exactly why you are the best choice!" Star: "No one will be able to find you. Its perfect." Nino looked at Star, then everyone else on the bridge, all of them nodding. Nino: "Fine, send me Dracoon." Nino hugged and kissed Star, and then she disappeared. Star: "Thanks... I didn't want to get her involved in the comming battle..." Stacice: "No problem, I'm glad you at least told us we would have to be fighting." Nino appeared behind a building in a town. She could feel a weight in her cloak. She took out a portable computer and looked at it, it was attempting to target all DNA patterns that could be Sarah's. She put it away and walked out into the town, hoping that she wouldn't be discovered. Serra looked around quickly, adjusting quickly to her surrondings. She tried to speak with Dark Weapon, hoping that it could at least understand her. Serra: "I need you to turn into something small so I can carry you!" Sarah and Drake looked around, Drake more astonished then anything else. Serra turned back and motioned to them, but half way through her motion stopped. She felt a cold shiver pass down her spine like someone had just started watching her. A few minutes earlier Destin: "I see, so they want to try and take them away from our protection..." Destin stood in a cargo bay, still a little sore from his battle. He held Dark Wish in front of him. Dark Wish: "You again? Why do you keep calling on me? How are you still even alive?" Destin: "Just shut up and get me near Serra. Make it so she can't see me though." Dark Wish: "Fine." Destin disappeared in a vortex of black light. Dark Wish: "Anything else before I go to sleep?" Destin: "Yes, alert me everytime ANY of them are in danger." Dark Wish: "As you wish." |

| OFF: I don't have any problems with your post. Basically, all "Ex" beings in the party were split into a pokemon and human part. The additionnal DNA code lines that belong only to "Ex" beings are still within both parts... but they're innactive. As for the human parts... Nino should run into them. It was Serra, as a human! She approached Nino and began to stare at her for some reason... Serra: "I don't know why... but you remind me of someone... must be nothing!" Serra walked away. ... During this time... ... It seemed that Dark Weapon couldn't hear Serra's voice. It remained as large and bulky as before. A pikachu came out of the bushes, seemingly annoyed. ???: "What are you doing? Everyone is waiting for you!" The pikachu approached Serra when it noticed Dark Weapon... ???: "What's that, Serra? It looks like something the Dark Ones would use... but I doubt you would ever touch anythin infused with the powers of Darkness! Everyone knows that all that is made of Darkness is pure evil, after all!" The pikachu turned to Sarah. ???: "By the way... the leader want to speaks to both of you, Sarah and Drake! There are some issues with you two that should be fixed before we move on..." The pikachu prepared to leave... ???: "Now, come with me!" The pikachu jumped into the bushes, especting Serra and her children to follow him... ... During this time... ... Zarpy: "It's useless... I really won't be able to convaince you..." Siryx: "Why won't you listen to me?!?" Zarpy: "Becease those memories are fake. Anyway... the leader wanted to speak with that girl, Serra, and her children before we leave." Zarpy laughed. Zarpy: "What an insane girl! Sarah and Drake... what names to give to your children! Those sounds like human names! And believing in love? Non-sense! Love is for humans, not pokemons! I'm sure the leader will bring them back to reason." Siryx: "Well..." Zarpy: "What?" Siryx: "I don't see why Serra shouldn't be allowed to have feelings and to name her children something else than a variation of "Zap" or "Spark"." Zarpy: "What are you talking about?!? Everyone knows that only a single conscious specie should make it's civilization flourish! If all of the pokemons were to assume their position as conscious beings, it would cause mass chaos! It would be the end of the world!" Siryx: "Actually, I'm believing that it's the opposite! If all of the species on this world would have united and lived in harmony as equals, Evil would have never been able to take such a hold on the world!" Zarpy: "Evil was born from civilization!" Siryx: "Evil was born from Hatred, Destruction, and Terror! It's the irrationnal fear of the future and the hatred of civilization that created Evil, not civilization itself!" Zarpy: "Hmph! I'll make sure the leader brings YOU back to reason too! Come with me!" Siryx: "I will come with you only becease you'll lead me to Serra. I'm not interested in idiots insulting me becease I think by myself." Zarpy ignored Siryx and got into the depths of the forest. Siryx followed her. |
