Not final, but Gamespy has some of the next xbox's specs, here they are:
There we go enjoy.

# CPU - Xenon's CPU has three 3.0 GHz PowerPC cores. Each core is capable of two instructions per cycle and has an L1 cache with 32 KB for data and 32 KB for instructions. The three cores share 1 MB of L2 cache. Alpha 2 developer kits currently have two cores instead of three.

# GPU - Xenon's GPU is a generation beyond the ATI X800. Its clock speed is 500 MHz and it supports Shader 3.0. Developers are currently working with an alpha 2 GPU. Beta GPU units are expected by May and the final GPU is slated for a summer release. The final GPU will be more powerful than anything on the market today; in game terms, it would handle a game like Half-Life 2 with ease.

# System Memory - Xenon will have 256 MB of system RAM. Keep in mind that this number should not be equated to typical PC RAM. The Xbox has 64 MB of system RAM and is a very capable machine.

# Optical Drive - As many have speculated, Xenon will not use Blu-Ray or HD-DVD. Games will come on dual-layer DVD-9 discs. While the media is the same as that of the current Xbox, the usable space on each disc is up to 7 GB. The drive is slated to run at 12X.

# Memory Units - Xenon will use 64 MB to 1,024 MB memory cards. 8 MB is reserved for system use, leaving a 56 MB to 1,016 MB for user data.

# Hard Drive - As many have speculated, Xenon's hard drive is optional. 2 GB of the drive will be used as game cache. The final drive size is still being determined.

# Camera - Xenon will have a USB 2.0 camera. It's capable of 1.2 megapixel still shots and VGA video. Photos can be used in-game and for gamer profiles. The camera can also be used for video chat. It's unknown if the Xenon camera will allow for EyeToy-like gameplay. Developers are currently using a simulated camera driver.

# Sound Chip - Xenon does not have an audio chip in the traditional sense. Decompression is handled by hardware, while the rest of the chores are handled by software. DirectSound3D has been dropped in favor of X3DAudio. The former was deemed too inflexible.

Nice to see that Microsoft's still leaving the door open for piracy by using a simple DVD format.

But THREE cores? Oy vey. I want to see the cost on this, stat.

This...I doubt.

I wouldn't doubt the camera but I'd doubt it comes standard with the unit... probably an add-on.

I don't think $500 for a console would be a very good price point to start off at.

I'm not putting much faith in anything until I see an official press release from Microsoft, but it's interesting to look at the possibilities.

As for the camera, I could see it being a pushed accessory like the DVD remote kit was at Xbox's launch. I could also see Microsoft selling the system at close to cost, probably depending on what the price of the PS3 shapes out to be.

Microsoft probably would underprice it actually...

Althought i'm not surprised that they took PowerPC, PowerPC is suppodly much better for consoles. PowerPC is what Gamecube and Macintosh computers is using. Funny how Gamecube is also having a graphics card from ATI...

I think the OS they use is NT4 stripped down and well... I heard that they actually had a PowerPC version of NT4 working on, so maybe they use that one.

yeah, sounds like its gonna be an excellent console, lets just hope its close to this, or better, but not overly too expensive, I would say not over 500 at first, which may be possible, but then that will probably be american price, so it will be like 650 here, ill just have to wait til the price lowers, or until we see what the actual price will be.

yeah the gpu sounds awesome...

I highly doubt it'll be $500+ (Though I haven't actually looked at the specs in-depth). They'll probably do what most console makers do, which is sell it below cost (I'll guess ~$300 here), and try to make up the difference in software sales.

The inital batch wil sell between 299-399...Like most systems do at launch. Somewhere in that range anyways.

And if the old rumour mill of the THREE NextBox units comes to be true...Then what we're seeing will be three different systems with the fundamentally same specs at different price points with different capabilities. If this turns out to be true, we can see maybe a 600 dollar model and the low end model being 150-200 flat.

Ok, PS2 sold for 300 when it first came out. I am pretty sure it will go for 400-500. It doesnt make sense for it to be that cheap. The price of technology does go down over time though... I dont know I dont see it out of the conversation for it to be listed at 400-500. Why? Because people will pay it.

Two other bits of info about it from GameSpot... or two "features".

Marketplace: Browsable by game, by genre, and in a number of other ways, the Marketplace will provide a one-stop shop for consumers to acquire episodic content, new game levels, maps, weapons, vehicles, skins and new community-created content.

Micro-transactions: Breaking down barriers of small-ticket online commerce, micro-transactions will allow developers and the gaming community to charge as little as they like for content they create and publish on Marketplace. Imagine players slapping down $.99 to buy a one-of-a-kind, fully tricked-out racing car to be the envy of their buddies.

...Why do I have the feeling there'll be some sort of iTunes-like store to boot on top of all this?

Ugh, those will add up. I don't want to talk shit about the Xbox 2 before I've experienced it, but this makes me very reluctant to. Especially if most of the developers figure "hey, it's there, better use it" and there are little chiseling transactions if you want to be able to access everything on any Xbox 2 game. Gives me a bad taste in my face. =(

I'm scratching my head to figure out how many CONSOLE (emphasis on that word, don't bring up PC examples) games have had a pay-for-content plan. Off the top of my head, the two DDR games for the Xbox had 5-song expansion packs for a small fee. There's probably a few other things.

I wouldn't exactly want to put down $1-2 a month for a new level/track/whatever though. Sony's model seems to be free for the PSP, so what gives?

So now you have to pay extra to access the special features? Oh sure, it's not like we paid for the game or anything.

Hey, even though I'm not crazy over the PSP I like Sony's idea of offering downloadable content/additions for several games - even though some stuff might require extra sticks of memory.

My understanding is that you're already paying for Xbox Live, so why are you going to add extra on top of that just so you can have a pearl-colored Ferrari or something?

yeah, thats just stupid, I dont even pay for xbox live now, I think its a waste of money...so im definently not going to buy extra things for games just to have something anyone with extra money can buy...that just defeats the whole purpose.
I am however looking forward to the psp.
