excuse my ignorance but, what is diamnod cutter?
when i install elitemap, i dont see any progam named "diamond cutter"
sorry if this is a stupid question, but, i really dont know.

Diamond Cutter is the tool that loads your RBC files into your rom.
If you didn't get Diamond Cutter with Elitemap 3.6, maybe like others, it's still packed up in Elitemap 3.4

I use the the first RUBIKON to insert scripts, Dimond cutter doesnt work for me for some reason.

Diamond Cutter is deprecated. It's use is not encouraged. ScriptEd (now with capital E to denote it's an actual editor instead of viewer (scripted, past tense)) can call the Rubikon compiler just as well. It just doesn't batch process.
