| An email alias is when you set up a fake email that will redirect to a real email. So I make a nebetsu@example.com. When someone emails nebetsu@example.com, it goes to my nebetsu@gmail.com. |

| If you just want extra email addresses to use at different places to avoid spam, Sneakemail is a good service. That service provides random addresses that redirect to your normal address. If you recive a message through Sneakemail, the from address is rewritten so that replies pass back through Sneakemail, hiding your real address. | |||

| There are probably free email redirection services like that, but I really doubt you'll find one that lets you pick the domain. (If you do though, PM me. I bet xxx@nospam.com gets automatically dropped from a lot of mailing lists. ) |

| well there's two things: 1. Buy hosting which usually comes with an email service (you wanted hosting anyway, right?) 2. Register a domain and attatch it to your IP address. Then set up a mail server, like sendmail. |
