| I've only seen the first episode, but it really seems like a promising shonen. (Hell, maybe I'll end up liking it more than Naruto ... since, Naruto's luck is just going down.) But yeah, I'll probably read all of the manga myself to "catch up" then watch episodes, like I did with Naruto. Question: Is it more violent? (Compared to Naruto-ish-ness animes?) | It sometimes is a bit more violent, but not usually, but its about the same, there is alot of blood usually, and it gets off to a good start, and just keeps going...its really awesome. so far seen 7 eps, the 8th one is downloading right now. | |||

| Yea, at first I thought of it as another Yuu Yuu Hakusho. But after I read it, I was surprised but not satisfied. To me, the manga is really not as good as the anime at all. The anime adds a lot more depth to the characters that you don't see in the manga. But even though I didn't like the manga, I downloaded the anime right away(when the 1st ep came out in September) because I wanted to see how they changed it. And to my amazement, the anime is very good so far. | |||

| I think Funimation will get it if anyone. They've been a bit greedy lately. EDIT: Something that I really like about Bleach is the fashion. | Xeogred: Yea, that's what gives the series that pinch of reality that people wouldn't notice. Although I noticed on the second day because I'm awesome. Ichigo's character in the manga doesn't give me the same flair and attitude that I get from the anime, which I like better. |

| I know bumping a topic is frowned upon, but since there's already a topic about it, why not post in it? Anyways, I just read the 2 newest chapters of the Bleach manga.(been busy lately, havent had time to read up). It's really getting good. Spoiler: The new student is freaky! I can't wait to see how strong he is. And now those HUGE hallows are appearing, i forget what they are called, something grande. Anyways, I think it's going to get much better in the next chapters. It's too bad Ishida lost his Quincy powers. Now he might not be able to help them fight, unless he has some secret power. And for some reason, i think Tatsuki is going to release her own power. We already know she has SOME spiritual power, as she can see the hallows, and Ichigo's shinigami badge. Well, yea, I thought these chapters were pretty good, and I just wanted to talk about them. haha |

| Bleach is good, although a bit drawn out in a DBZ/Naruto sort of way at times... God, most of the Soul Society saga could have taken place in three times less the stuff that was written. It has the potetional to become as bogged down as Naruto itself, although it's rapidly growing rabid fanbase will probably cult around it regardless. Mostly I just wanted the bloody story to pick up apart from these drawn out distractions. You almost forget what the hell you were watching it for in the first place... The best site for Bleach stuff is Bleach7.com for those of you who don't know (doubt there would be that many of you). |
