if you thought my SMB hack looks good, then you'll love this. I'd recommend just adding it on to your current hack or something. Or maybe not. I don't know. It might be interesting to see all of the levels used and united in a single non-linear overworld, but that's not exactly true to form.. | |||

mikeyk's gonna add the poison mushroom for me. This game ain't gonna easy to make cause there's no level editor for the nes version, which means i'll hafta manually walk through every level and place everything while playing. PS if anyone knows of a SMBTLL level editor please let me know. Google didn't find one, and Bouche's SMBDX level editor can't open the lost levels. |

This board shouldn't even allow BMP's to be posted as images. Hell, for that matter, BMP's over the internets should be prohibitted. Really peple, Zsnes can do PNG screenshots, Irfanview is free, many people have Photoshop. Is it that hard? Note that this is a rhetorical question... As for the hack, please try to throw in some originality. I don't think I want to download a hack of a game I've played about a couple hundred thousand times already. Please... That's my two cents. |

Agreed, use PNG always, unless for some reason your screenshot happens to use all 16777216 colors. EDIT: Well... not ALWAYS. There are other compressed formats that may be best for the situation, depending on complexity. Just don't use bitmaps, k? (edited by Juggling Joker on 02-25-05 02:39 AM) |
