most dos apps work in XP, I have lots of dos apps working on my comp with XP sp2, so unless you really need it, I havent seen any emulator better then dosbox you just have to put compatability options on for the dos app, and they usually work. also, I have gotten several old dos games working on XP like Realms of the Haunting, and Doom. I use DOSBox for a few older applications that just run too fast in Windows, but other than that you shouldn't have any problems - a game should work on one or the other. | |||
