Hello everyone!

Firstly, I'm aware that you don't really like these kind of "newb" threads, but this is the only place I can come for serious help. Please note that I read that 'questions and answers to newbies' thread. That's where I found the Overworld Tutorial by Lordlazer. I'm almost certain, that I do everything the way it's written.

My dilemma: when I complete a normal level, the path unveils as it should, but the new level's spot (circle) is blank and doesn't have the yellow/red dot in its middle.

I'm always comparing the original game's overworld to mine and the problem shows there as well. Specifically, when I'm in my own overworld and switch to Layer 1/Layer 2 Event Editor Mode the yellow/red dots don't appear, whereas they're visible (and transparent as they should be) when in the Layer 1 16X16 Editor Mode and Layer 2 8X8 Editor Mode.[---> this is when the Future Layer 1 Tiles are viewed (7 on keyboard).]

So, if you could, please explain how should I make them visible upon completing a level. Thank you in advance!

Set them to reveal themselves when the event triggered by the level before them is triggered.

I can paste the level tiles in Layer 1 Event Editor Mode, corresponding to the events made in Layer 2 Event Editor, right?
I just did that, but the same thing happened: plain circle-no yellow dot.
But when I go into the level again, that leads to it, or the level where the dot should be revealed, it appears (without the blink). Also, randomly, some other level dots get revealed, even before I completed the level before it (without the blinking, of course)!

So while I'm here, how can I make the dot blink before it reveals?

I'm seriously confused..I want to make a good overworld so much..!

Actually, No you can't.

That's probably because Lunar magic doesn't work that way

hmmm.... Sounds like you have your events/levl tile settings mixed up. When you copied and pasted the level tile, did you reset the level settings? The level settings are coied too, you know.

If you could get it right, it would work fine. I know how difficult it can be to work with the overworld, even with how easy LM makes it.
