I dunno if Milly wants to spend a bunch of time with new ranks.  Somehow I doubt it.It's a fresh start so make the most of it - maybe custom title requirements might be relaxed a bit, but aside from that... |

| I think the custom titles are way to steep for people who have been at this board for awhile... but there really isn't much that anyone can do but take it one day at a time to climb back to their custom title. | |||

| Staff members automatically have a custom title. This is not a new rule. But yeah, one of the drawbacks to restarting is that we have to re-earn our custom titles back. Although a slight 'curve' to the custom title rule temporarily would be nice...  Hopefully I can do more posts at this fresh board, seing as how there aren't as many topics anymore.  And besides, I never really had a problem with the ranks, so I don't see a reason for them to need to be changed. |

| Selectable ranks might be good (such as using the current one like one of several predefined ones in the profile), but it's the hell ripping and setting up stuff ... I planned to use enemies from Rudra in an own AcmlmBoard, but when I think that some of the sprites use an insane amount of frames in their animations ... with my laziness ... The current ranks are just fitting perfectlx here ... It's a ROM hacking board, and the Marioish sprites are just the right ranks with that theme ^^ |

| well people can be given custom titles early ... from the database directly.... I would imagine once the old forum backup is restored, there wouldn't be a problem with giving people titles back who had earned them |

| I earned my title from the 100 days + 1000 posts rule. I kinda miss being registered for 3 years.  Oh well, Rome wasn't built in a day. (Besides, I missed my 1000 day anniversery, so I get a second chance to catch it. )And, I remember trying to rip sprites for a ranking system like this. I'm too lazy to do it.  |

| This thread, I think, was talking about the ranks, and not titles... Well. I like the Mario ranks. They're fun. As for custom titles: They should be earned again. I'm not sure how many people had custom titles, but it would be annoying if someone says they had one but really didn't. |

| I don't see any problem with the existing ranks that are in current use. Even when I had a custom title, I used the existing ranks. I say keep them the way they are. |
