| Depends... If you rereg while being on another IP they don't ban you. But they usually find out in a way or another which user it is later... I know there is one user who signed up agains while banned, and then got very active with the new account.  |

| Somewhat true for me, I wasn't very active for like 2-3 months (I was there, did post once a day or more, but didn't post that much) Then during the summer 2003 my activity exploded. But yeah, sadly like 30-50% of the newbies does that. Register then never come back... |
