It surprisingly seems less odd when you know the Japanese words and context which come prior to the English. But yeah, for the most part it does sound pretty random its mostly just because an English word might fit to the beat of the melody better, or maybe its for some sort of dramatic effect, or to be "hip", or any number of reasons. I know Japanese isn't the only language who's music does this though.

Oh, and the Teen Titans theme? Not bad. I was never a fan of Puffy myself, though I guess they have quite a following both in Japan and even around here (they actualy played a local club at one point last year, they made a real big deal about it and everything)

Howl's Moving Castle is a movie, no?

Yes, it's a movie by Studio Ghibli / Hayao Miyazaki.

If you like it, some other films you might like are Spirited Away, Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind and Princess Mononoke.
All three of which are the the top of my list of favorite anime. Heck, Mononoke may very well be my favorite movie of all time. It was just so.....good ;x really, no other way to put it.

"Samurai X - Trust and Betrayal" is a pretty good movie as well. Surprisingly, I really don't like the Ruroni Kenshin series much at all, yet I absolutely loved this movie. Only movie that has ever made me close to crying. Its really that good (and sad..)

I've only been at the guitar for about 3 or 4 years (as opposed to the 8 or so I've been at the drums and keyboard), so you would imagine I'm not exactly spectacular. I own an electric, its a Fender Squire so really nothing to call home about, but I guess it gets the job done (and as I get better I'll probably purchase a better one). I recieved an Ibanez bass guitar for Christmas and have been absolutely loving it. I guess with a little practice I could be better at both.

I play mostly rock or metal-esque stuff with my guitar, though lately I've been seeing if I can follow along to some J-ROCK and J-POP songs. Music in generaly is really my life, I love to write my own songs. I do most of that via the piano/keyboard though lately I've been seeing what I can come up with via the guitar alone. I tend to come up with guitar parts to my songs in my head and work them out with the computer, then record them in afterwards. I'm hoping to make a career out of writing music some day. Music is truly the greatest gift I've ever been given, so in writing stuff, I'd like to be able to give a little bit back for others to enjoy as well

My half-sister is fluent

Your half-sister is fluent in the Oosaka dialect of Japanese, which is not real Japanese.
Hasn't she ever told you the story about the time she went to Tokyo and noone could understand what she was saying? =P

And obligatory 英語なんて要らない!
Not....really xD never hear much of anything like that. Might probably explain why I always have trouble following along with her speech, though

Straight. I'm simply not attracted to males in that regard, it just doesn't click. Now girls on the other hand yeah, I'm clearly straight xD

Eh, I learn it because it interests me. I used to be pretty in to the culture, I absolutely love the music, and it would be awesome if I could write music for videogames or even other Japanese artists one day. I figure knowing another language can't exactly hurt either, you never know when it'll come in handy

Pansexual

Okay, that´s a word I´ve never seen before. What does it mean?

As for me, I´m straight. I´ve never liked other males more than as close friends.

Pansexual article on Wikipedia

It's basically attraction to anyone regardless of gender.

So, uh, how's that different from bisexuality, apart from the wording?

And yeah, straight here. Never mind the avatar
Its actualy quite different (My most recent ex/current love interest is pan, so you know, I did a little reasearch ;x)

Whereas bisexuals basically will say they are attracted to both males and females, pansexuals are simply attracted to people--that is, they don't see gender. The don't go about and say "well, I like boys with such and such quality but girls with this and that", but rather they find general attraction to people in general. It does sound REALLY similar but its distinctly different enough from bisexual to warrent its own category. ;x I explained that horribly, yeah, but uhm..you know. ;x

Shot of the whole room.

A closer look at the desk (a cookie to anyone who recognizes the song )

Multi-angle'd

And of course, just outside the door to the room.

Yeah, bet you'll never guess what my interests are

Mine has a max total of around 40 or so. There's 3 left no, I don't know how that happened. I use it mostly for rom hacking, though its primarily for my music/audio related stuff. Now that I think of it, thats probably what takes up 90% of my harddrive

Most of my plushies are contained to my room. I have that exact same Mudkip though and all 3 of those Yoshi's. And the Vulpix. And--okay, you get the idea I like plushies.

The Tina tripplets D: Tina, Nina and Mina.

I think I'm enjoying this concept too much for my own good.
