Fuel clog, or something of that nature. Showers would be ice cold and the heat simply wouldn't turn on (well, if you want to split hairs, our nifty remote controlled fireplace was still working). I'm also nearly convinced my room is the coldest in the whole house--the irony being that my sister, one room over, seemingly has the warmest. Granted this is more than likely all in my head, and probably has everything to do with the sides of the house our rooms so happen to be on, but I digress. Um, what was my point here...uh, being cold sucks, I guess. |

Ew. Oh god. I hate Macbeth with such a passion. I swear, we essay'd that thing to death. I'm pretty sure there was nothing left to WRITE an essay on, but we did regardless. My teacher has basically murdered any appreciation I may have potentially had for English literature, you might say ;\ |

Granted, I was able to pull them off, but just the very fact that they were almost a daily occurance and so similar and equaly pointless in nature up to the point where I could almost write complete crap and still get a decent mark that makes the whole thing rather cumbersom. I used to love english, my teacher last year? Great guy, reall interesting and laid back. This year? Snore-o-rama. Its like all we ever do is busy work and take notes. Its sad considering how I used to love the class. Eh, what a tangent we've broke off on, huh? |

That just strikes me as a little bit odd. Why do it at all if you're purposely going to make it unenjoyable? Unless its to prevent yourself from doing it, but even that sounds a bit....ironic. I mean I'm not one to judge, just pointing out what I make of this ;x |

Unemployed ;x I used to take the occasional odd job at this nursing home up the street part time...basically, 100 bucks a weekend to put donuts out on a plate  but I mostly only did it because my friend was there and we would hang out. Our hours got completely moved around so I havn't been there in a while. I don't buy much anyways, so I usualy just borrow money from my folks if I really need something that badly. |

Trademark? Heck, is the board software even copyrighted? Can he do that? I'm sure if it were that would solve a whole mess of problems, especially if the name Acmlm was a trademark. Though I wouldn't suppose patenting the board software at this point would be the most practical or even economical approach to things ;x |

Well, granted, I was a it irked at the time of that post, and I won't try and make excuses for myself since as you yourself said, I am better than this. I really don't want it to come off as I'm against them because they think differently from me. I'm simply against the manner in which things were handled, and are currently being handled. Perhaps I don't know the "whole thing" being as I'm not nor have not been for some time an active member of that community. However, I still do feel, as well as many others (who perhaps have handled their own opinions both maturely or immaturly depending on the individual) that things over there are simply "not right". As for not living the fun posting experience here...well, I guess that too is mainly a matter of opinion. To each their own, I suppose. At least you've taught me a valuable lesson on hypocracy (wherin I have little right to judge what I only CLAIM to know a great deal about). Appologies. |
