I've seen wireless headphones for sale, but they're usually large. I don't really recall whether they used Bluetooth or not but given how ubiquitous it's becoming I wouldn't doubt it.

Zero length branches are totally understand able in that they show they planned to do something then later scrapped it. NOPing would mean that they'd have to notice it is useless first I guess. And with so many different programmers focusing on different stuff I think that's a lot to ask.

1. Yes 2. Yes

But there's no guarantee it still exists, it's just possible. I have no idea what kind of processor SSFII X uses. Hell, I'm not even sure I know what game that is. As I understand it, MAME is a emulator that actually emulates many different processors b/c arcade games used a large variety of hardware for different games. So the place to start looking is to find the MAME developer board and find out what processor and other hardware it uses and go from there. It might be straightforward or it might be a nightmare depending on how the code is set up as well as the processor it uses.

Yikes.... i spent about an hour looking around to see if I could pull it off. Try looking in the $80:016A region of RAM. That, I believe keeps settings for the mode 7 and the mode 0 BGs seperately. These are settings for $2130, $2131, and $2132.

The chief problem I've had is that during a race the game does not seem to write to $212D, which is the subscreen designation. To do any kind of "transparency" you need to move one or more BGs to the subscreen then enable subscreen addition (not fixed color addition) on the appropriate layers. Next, I'm going to wager that it's impossible either way b/c the area you want to perform addition on is all mode 7. It's only the top forty pixels or so of the screen that uses mode 0.

edit: The only reason i thought there might be a remote possibility of it working is because the game has a special DSP chip. Plus, even if you got this working, your current rank is drawn to the screen using fixed color addition in a window, so you'd lose that if you enabled subscreen addition (can't have both at once, at least not in the same position on the screen).

I mathematics GRE is a fricken nightmare. Any feeling you have about being good at math will be crushed unless you're a super genius. I took it twice, the second time doing only a little better in spite of studying my ass off for it. It's about 66 questions in an hour and a half. And they aren't simple artithmetic questions, they're proof type questions, like if such and such is continuous and bounded, then blah blah blah is also continuous? (multiple choice).

Even though it's of no use to me, I kind of want to take it again just b/c I savor the challenge. It's $130 though >:.

O_o. I had a performa 637CD back in the day. As much as I loved macs back then, the lack of upgradability really killed it for me. The only upgrade available was to move it to a Power PC (from 68040LC "low cost edition") and that was at least $100. It would double the mhz and fix a floating point math error on Marathon Evil. I didn't think it was worth it to upgrade. We still have that computer I think...

Recently had a problem with our AT&T phone service that was related to a thunderstorm. Call them up and they'll usually fix the problem in a day.

Specialty cheesecakes can be good, but not always. I can't say I like mint-chocolate cheesecake, it's actually pretty nasty. Reese's is great, though I usually prefer plain or with chocolate swirl. My mom makes cheesecake that is so thick and tasty that it's hard to swallow. So you're trying to eat it fast b/c it's so good but not choke to death at the same time. And if I did die, at least I'd die happy .

While I do "like" Mac OS in general it's annoying to go between PCs and Mac OS frequently. One reason: most commands on windows have Ctrl + Key shortcuts whereas Macs have Apple (command) + Key shortcuts. The problem? Control and Command are in slightly different places. Can you set it on Mac OS so that the corner key is the command key?

Well... a number of people are already used to it. I don't support headers either but I can see how people would kind of get "raised" on it. and if you want to use the offset just subtract 0x200 anyway.

I thought it was pretty good aside from me hating Toby McGuire as Spiderman. His exaggerated self-satisfaction reminded me of the Bay Area people sniffing their own farts in the South Park episode "Smug Alert." It was surreal how into himself he acted to the point where it was disgusting. And that shows that either there was bad writing or bad acting, b/c it's just stupid.

Spoiler:
Aside from that... this is the one where the villains just can't manage to stay dead. Plus, given that MJ knows Peter Parker is Spiderman I don't see why he can't just be honest with her about what he's up to and who he's fighting/killing (i.e. Harry?) I can understand not wanting to make her worried but he should have been more interested in protecting her.

Yeah.... these Marvel adaptation films seem to have a pattern so far of being good for one movie and a sequel. The third always seems shaky. We'll see with the Fantastic 4 if they ever make a 3rd.

Given the title of the page is "Hot Swedish Love" I assume he could be asking whether the other guy wants to screw tonight.

This website I found makes it seem likely, though I'm not sure.

Right now I'm really tired but tomorrow I might be bored enough to find some of that. Color palette seems like the easiest to find, then objects, then tile types.
