1. Don't care.
2. Discuss what, your lack of stated opinion on the matter? Let's discuss why you even pay attention to this crap. ____________________ Zelda Hacking Forum hobbies: delectatio morosa |

Maybe a list of features and screenshots would coax me into downloading a nasty RAR file? I don't like downloading something only to be disappointed. This is a screenshots thread you know.
edit: You'll also have to convince me that the final product is better than using Notepad++ with custom syntax highlighting and batch files for the actual assembling. ____________________ Zelda Hacking Forum hobbies: delectatio morosa |

Snes9x is far more strict about the size of the file after an ips patch is applied. (And of the size of a rom in general). If a file is not a round multiple of 2 megabits, anything past the lowest round multiple is truncated in memory, and thus inacessible.
Hack authors need to be very careful when they create an ips patch to make sure this doesn't happen. I don't know if Temporal Flux is writing files that have bad sizes (Hyrule Magic certainly does). ____________________ Zelda Hacking Forum hobbies: delectatio morosa |

re: blackhole's VWF pic
I totally missed that that was the point of that pic until rox mentioned it (In other words, I couldn't find anything noteworthy). In any case, nice work but "guess" splitting into "gu" and "ess" is pretty unattractive :/ Though, as I have found out myself, working with VWF's is a pain in the ass, so I wouldn't blame you if you left tokenizing out. ____________________ Zelda Hacking Forum hobbies: delectatio morosa |

*glances at Super Mario RPG sound engine*
.... This doesn't look like the other square engines at all, which would make importing SPCs more difficult. So it's either write a converter, or import midis, or write a native tracker for SMRPG. All of which are a lot of work. so yeah. ____________________ Zelda Hacking Forum hobbies: delectatio morosa |

As far as I'm concerned, you knew what you were getting into if you watched Brokeback Mountain. In addition, what do you deserve for the time I've wasted reading your posts? ____________________ Zelda Hacking Forum hobbies: delectatio morosa |

Yeah.... well quite a few people die every day. I remember when they did 9/11 remembrance ceremonies it took ages just to go through the names of the people that died, and they didn't dwell on any of them for more than a second or two. It would take forever to go through a single day's obituary list. ____________________ Zelda Hacking Forum hobbies: delectatio morosa |

When I heard Jargon had a rich uncle that passed away and he was going to inherit all this land, which was rumored to contain hidden treasure from the Gold Rush, well I invented the whole Indian Ghost Wolf story to chase him and anybody else away while I looked for the treasure. And I would have gotten away with it too if it hadn't been for you meddling kids! ____________________ Zelda Hacking Forum hobbies: delectatio morosa |

Posted by Grey Megatron No, obsolete means you should never use it as it is now completely unsupported. Deprecated means you can use it if you want, but it's discouraged b/c they've got something they would prefer you to use, per their new direction in design. Program much? ____________________ Zelda Hacking Forum hobbies: delectatio morosa |
