From playing the demo on my DS.. It runs fine, other than glitch tiles upon exiting buildings.

Yes, I was playing it on a Nintendo DS. EzFlash 3-in-1 flash cart works wonders.

01[12:10] <Xeruss> there seems to be a tree tile on the bank of a lake near the starting house
[12:10] <~Kawa> Ah yeah. There's a little bug in the map drawer.
[12:11] <~Kawa> If you walk around a bit it'll eventually scroll out of VRAM and never return.
01[12:11] <Xeruss> odd
[12:11] <~Kawa> And not my problem :3
01[12:11] <Xeruss> does it act differently?
01[12:11] <Xeruss> than the rest of the tiles
01[12:11] <Xeruss> or just appear different
[12:11] <~Kawa> It only appears different.
[12:11] <~Kawa> If it's supposed to be ground, it's ground.
01[12:11] <Xeruss> alright

I probably missed that when windows crashed then..

Also, the map editor doesn't work - never opens.

Fuck off

On a serious note, read it.
And on another note, I know about the miss-spelling in the title.

I've done a few.

Set a teacher's desktop to a bitmap of just error messages.

College, I used to borrow the network cables and let people try and log on. Quite funny.

I've seen someone reverse the letters on the keyboard too. Even if it vertically spelt sucker on the left hand side of the keyboard.

I've sent some people a false error message via a network exploit.

Believe it or not, a teacher played a prank on another too. Shut down another teacher's computer, which was funny.

I created SpaceMaker.exe using visual basic and raped a few people's hard drives. Oddly enough, you can use it on the college computers too. And aside from SpaceMaker.exe, I had a fake blue screen of death I put up in places.

And having a wireless mouse is fun, sneak it into a usb slot on a laptop/college computer. Then play with their cursor.

..I miss college now. :/

Good to know that it's still going strong.

When it's complete, I'll go make a full blown game.

Glad you like it. Now that the list can scroll, I'm open to any decoration suggestions you may have.

Big Dolls!

I always liked the Snorlax Doll.. and the Wailord Doll in D/P..

There's as many Spinda possibilities as Personality Values, so as many combinations as that allows. And that's 32 bits, therefore 4,294,967,296 combinations. (Used a Calculator)

I dunno the specifics of where the X/Y of the spots starts, ends, etc. I just know each byte is a spot, and split as XXXXYYYY.

I have a legitimate Darkrai from the UK Event.. Well.. Two.

I've been playing Platinum, ROM of course (and on a flash cart as emulators suck half the time).

Anyway.. some of the changes:
* Graphics overhaul to most things.
* HM Locations shuffled around a bit
* Surf moves over water much faster
* First part of the game has a different event sequence. First battle is a rival battle, rather than wild Pokémon.
* AI Tactics are changed, and improved.
* Regional Pokédex changed, and wild Pokémon shuffled as a result.
* Badges allow HM use in a different order
* Great Marsh is changed so that darker bits are where you sink, which is annoying.
* The two old women at the top of the Lost Tower won't give you the Spell/Cleanse tags until you defog the area.

I'm not too far, I last got to Canalave City as I was looking for HM04 which ended up on Iron Island.

Snow's rare here. Seriously, it rains too much here for any snow except when it's too hot for snow.

If it does snow, it's something rare. 1 day of snow a year is the normal rate.

I've gotta say the Torn World was freaking epic. I really think this is one of the best 3rd installment's Gamefreak has EVER done.

Torn World was good for me, but that's only because I walked back to the start by accident.

I'd agree with the 3rd instalment part too. Yellow was fine, Crystal was poor, Emerald I didn't get, Platinum actually is better than Diamond and Pearl if you ask me.

At the Pokémon League? I passed that a while ago.. Just getting the national Pokédex is a bitch. I don't think a single trainer owns a Hippopotas. Or if they did, I missed them.

And what's with the creepy old lady who insists you keep sleeping to rest up?

Sounds like my problem, which needs reformatting.

Mine appeared bricked, but reformatting it did wonders. Since then, I keep backups before writing to mine.

Owch. I had that once.. and nearly twice.

I have a 80 GB Hard Drive in a box, because some of the sectors are permanently damaged.. and the fact the number of damaged sectors kept increasing.

I learnt keeping a backup of important files is always nice.

Nothing in particular. Maybe someone could stick a route there?

Did another one. Forest Maze:

Oh that's a good one. Got XML?

It's practically a near-empty XML file (for both maps), which is just the map layout. Bug me on MSN some time for them.
